Quiet hotel

Good hotel, quiet, bathrooms renovated The windows have roll-on type of black out curtains but would stilll require drape curtains to get a full black out as there is a small seam between the window and the roll on curtain. Friendly staff and room service breakfast was tasty
A Good Stay

We stayed here while attending my grandaughter's Volleyball tournament and were pleased with the experience. The room was very clean and pleasant There was a microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. Daily housekeeping was very attentive and coffee was replaced daily. Unfortunately, they only supply only paper coffee cups. The beds were very comfortable. The only drawback for me was that windows do not open and the room gets a little stuffy at night. The staff was great and very helpful. The hotel has a pleasant restaurant in a bar setting. The food is good and portions are generous. There hotel has a small shop with soft drinks and snacks. There is a very good gym and a nice indoor pool. You will need a car as there is not much within walking distance of the hotel, but a short drive will take you to Walmart, Safeway, and restaurants. Car rentals in Edmonton are very easy, get off your flight and you will find car rentals across the street. West Edmonton Mall is only minutes away and you will also find a variety of restaurant options there. The mall is interesting but we found the shopping rather bland. Same stores as anywhere else. What makes up for the lack of Edmonton scenery are the very friendly natives, They are among the nicest people I have met anywhere. Everywhere we went people were so friendly that we went home with a very very good impression of the city.

Good location , clean rooms &attentive staff especially the dark skin lady. Im not sure of the correct spelling of her name but I think she is called Jamilar from Uganda that happened to clean our room twice.Everytime we meant her, she was always happy despite her hard job. The breakfast was nice too. Jamilar your a star

Out outdated. Sure i seen bed bugs wanted a new room or refund but the manager didnt wanna deal with the clear problem. Cut my losses and left the building, Just dirty and terrible customer service. Not a level of customer service I have had in the past at the hiltons. Stay elsewhere.
Average stay, not my favorite... in need of some upgrades

Stayed here for a work event so I didn't have a choice of hotels. The front desk staff is very friendly and the welcome cookies are always delicious. The rooms however are dated and it wasn't the cleanest. I found hair in the shower, smudges on the mirror, and the bathroom counter needed to be wiped down. Luckily I travel with my own Lysol wipes. The rooms are also dark. The beds are alright for a night but not the comfiest. They also have water bottles in the room but only if you're a certain tier or membership with the hotel, if you're not they're $2.50 each. A little steep in my opinion. The food prepared by the hotel for the conference was delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive. The parking lot is also quite tight. If you have a larger truck it will be tricky to park. We arrived before supper and there were minimal parking spots left already.
