It was our first time staying at a Fairmont Hotel. The entire from check-in to accessing the shared parkade to the buffet in the Empire State Room was seamless. We will reflect on our enjoyable experience and continue to book our stays within the Fairmont chain for our future vacations.

My wife loves it when I Bring her here for a staycation on special occasions. We were again impressed with our stay and will be back. we stayed on the 5th floor, facing the river. The Edmonton River Valley is beautiful and busy. The historic photos around the hotel are great. if you have time read up on the history of the building, its a staple in Edmonton and has been for over 100 years.

This is a beautiful property with an extremely accommodating staff. We were in Canada from the United States to host a board meeting here. However, we happened to be there during the Fringe Festival so were able to participate in this fun as well! Highly recommend staying here as it is close to the fun, but you are able to come back to a very quiet, serene location on the water.

Excellent stay at the Fairmont Royal Macdonald in Edmonton. Very relaxing and amazing welcoming staff! Celebrating our 45th anniversary and found the service in the Confederation Lounge exceptional!!! Will definitely cone back again!

Beautiful views of the river valley. Staff was fantastic at every level and position. Valets warm greeting and assistance followed up by Gold floor check in and straight to room with early check in provided. Everyone was very accommodating throughout our stay and event held in Harvest Room.
