Hotel is outdated and lacking in cleanliness due to disrepair. Walls in room dusty, ceiling in bathroom warped and “caving in”, furniture in room worn out. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Shower water pressure and view of river were highlights. We stayed for over a week and no one ever checked in on how our stay was going.
Good stay but not a top tier Fairmont stay.

Fairly noisy room. Could be a bit cleaner. A light didn’t work and wallpaper pealing in bathroom. The staff were very good to deal with. However they said they’re checking on another room to move to but didn’t get back to me. The lounge was nice with very good service.

Where I used to look forward to the Fairmont experience it has been replaced by L’Accor’s rigid policies and lack of service. And I am a Platinum guest… stay away! It is a disappointing change from the Fairmont experience. And they don’t care. Tripled the rates for 1/2 the value. So sad!

We stayed as Gold member in this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The 7th-floor cafe was modern and inviting, with contemporary design elements, and the staff was very professional. The patio and garden are beautiful with scenic views of the city. Our room was quite comfortable, and there were plenty of amenities to ensure we felt right at home. The breakfast and snacks served on the 7th floor were delicious. We couldn't have been happier with our stay here!

Great hotel and staff. Everyone is accommodating and helpful. We stayed in the Gold Floor and we loved the room. The bed is comfortable , and the pillows are super comfy.
I got a personalized card and cake for my birthday. This made our day more meaningful.
