I have stayed in Hyatt places before once in Los Angeles and Kelowna. This one is the worst. My expectations were a lot higher from previous visit from the other two hotels as a guideline. When we were checking in, we did have a trainee. How did she describe the hotel features and pool? It was a little odd but rewrite it off to training. When we get to our room. It looked like the previous Hyatt place. We found out our mini fridge, was not working. Called the front desk they sent up. I believe the nighttime housekeeper. She was very nice and pleasant. Got me a big plastic bin full of ice until maintenance can look at it the next day. The next morning breakfast was a huge disappointment. One of the reasons why we pick Hyatt Place because of the awesome breakfasts we have at our previous visits. This location serve powder eggs, I believe pre-cooked bacon that not really bacon. This bacon was so thin. It just has one side to it. The hashbrowns were not even seasoned. I’m back to the room later in the day, Try to take a nap. Find out the the blackout blinds did not work either. They have swap out the mini fridge, however, did not transfer anything to the new fridge. The second morning breakfast was still low par. The upkeep in the hotel was not a Hyatt feel. More like it’s super 8. And now here is the kicker when we were checking out the front desk clerk, asked how was everything I said it was just fair not the best. The front desk said nothing say thank you and end of transaction. No customer service whatsoever I gave them the opportunity to rebuttal or ask about my concerns and the clerk did nothing.

Hyatt Place hotels are the best value hotels for quality and price. rooms are best layout and breakfast included is very good. I didn't use much of the amenities, but they are adequate. The staff are friendly and professional. one weird thing is one of the elevators opens to the back staff/laundry area randomly.

The breakfast was subpar and the staff failed to refresh items upon request. Worst was that the room itself was missing furniture (i.e., no dresser and hangers or at least hooks to hang clothes) and appliances (i.e., no coffeemaker, kettle, or blow dryer).

Exceptionally good Breakfast. Service and Comfort are top grade. The pool and Gym is amazing. Housekeeping services are on the point. Front desk staff are welcoming and willing to help. Overall experience is excellent. Will recommend it to friends
