My go to in Edmonton. Staff is exceptional always and go above and beyond. Always anticipate my needs during my stays throughout the year.

Extremely pleased with our time at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Our room was tidied daily which was more than anticipated but much appreciated. Overall the hotel is kept very tidy and everything seemed in working order. Complementary breakfast had a good selection and always tasted fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

Parking was great, check in was fast and hotel was very nice. Free breakfast is great. Very good value.

Spacious room, many amenities nearby (grocery stores, department stores, malls, coffee, food), and very tidy! The staff were welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend booking this hotel for a stay in Edmonton.

I booked this reservation quite far in advance and at this location as I am a Hyatt member. We had a late check in (10:30pm-ish) and the hotel seemed quite busy as it was a long weekend. We were told our room was on the main floor (128). We walked down a long hallway that had boardrooms along the way and seemed to be a storage area for extra tables and chairs. The room was, I think, a courtesy room for guests that are using the boardrooms. The bed was very squeaky and seemed to be at an angle. The pillows were rock hard. The shower was worn out and needs some love. The room could be refreshed as it is showing it's wear and tear. Don't open the blinds as you will have a lovely view of all the smokers staying at the hotel. I expressed my concern at check out and was not offered any consolation. I would have expected a better room no matter what time we checked in. Very disappointed.
