Rooms are very clean with extra space. Breakfast was excellent. Everything you need at the hotel and close to many activities.

I'm glad I stayed at the Hyatt Place Edmonton-West. I had a restful sleep even after traveling for almost 15 hours the day before. I was prepared for my session the following day. The hotel was clean and the staff were great. Thank you! See you next time!

Great place for a quick visit . Close to West Edmonton mall. My daughter and I spent 4 nights at Hyatt Place over her spring break. Check in was super quick, place was very clean, nice lobby . The room was decent size and clean. Hotel is pretty updated compared to the other hotels around the area. They have free breakfast in the morning- we didn’t go tho cause we like to sleep in on holidays. They do have a 24/7 menu - didn’t order but the menu looked decent. We did get snacks late at night though - nice they had options 24/7. The bed was Ok - it comfy and big but I found the sheets to be too tough and scratchy. The Staff at front desk were all so friendly and helpful - appreciated that. Only a $8 Uber ride to West Edmonton mall. Great place for family - pool is open till 10

Great hotel, comfy beds, good shower, nice sitting area, delicious breakfast that offered variety & was different 2 days in a row - that was great! Location was also good - close to WEM.
