Spacious room, many amenities nearby (grocery stores, department stores, malls, coffee, food), and very tidy! The staff were welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend booking this hotel for a stay in Edmonton.

I booked this reservation quite far in advance and at this location as I am a Hyatt member. We had a late check in (10:30pm-ish) and the hotel seemed quite busy as it was a long weekend. We were told our room was on the main floor (128). We walked down a long hallway that had boardrooms along the way and seemed to be a storage area for extra tables and chairs. The room was, I think, a courtesy room for guests that are using the boardrooms. The bed was very squeaky and seemed to be at an angle. The pillows were rock hard. The shower was worn out and needs some love. The room could be refreshed as it is showing it's wear and tear. Don't open the blinds as you will have a lovely view of all the smokers staying at the hotel. I expressed my concern at check out and was not offered any consolation. I would have expected a better room no matter what time we checked in. Very disappointed.

Great location easy in and out from the highway. Very clean property, great staff, welcoming bar and restaurant service. Very relaxing pool area.

The hotel was cleaned, and the breakfast was hot and fresh. It really was a wonderful breakfast to start the day. Our room had decent space. The pullout couches are definitely getting worn down.So it was a little hard on the back. That male overall experience at this hotel was very nice.

This property was a wonderful home while we visited West Edmonton Mall. The staff make this property awesome, They look after you like family. The free breakfast is a full assortment. The 24/7 menu was really good, The flatbread. A 10$ cab ride got us to the Mall and home again. The room was nice , the bed was better. Comfortable. Thank you to the staff for making our stay memorable.
