This property was a wonderful home while we visited West Edmonton Mall. The staff make this property awesome, They look after you like family. The free breakfast is a full assortment. The 24/7 menu was really good, The flatbread. A 10$ cab ride got us to the Mall and home again. The room was nice , the bed was better. Comfortable. Thank you to the staff for making our stay memorable.

Good hotel with a great complimentary breakfast. Needs to update the hot tub and pillows but overall a good bang for the buck. Nice and close to WEM, good area with grocery and restaurants within minutes.

really enjoyed this hotel. Wentith family of 5 and the pull out couch was larger than most hotels, the breakfast was superb, way bigger than most hotel breakfasts. Pool nd hot tub area were clean and well taken car of.

Rooms are very clean with extra space. Breakfast was excellent. Everything you need at the hotel and close to many activities.

I'm glad I stayed at the Hyatt Place Edmonton-West. I had a restful sleep even after traveling for almost 15 hours the day before. I was prepared for my session the following day. The hotel was clean and the staff were great. Thank you! See you next time!
