Great location. We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms sre spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing. Thank you to Ms. Jackie Jimenez who made us feel at home and all the staff as well made us more comfortable. Highly recommend!????????

Very good experience staying at this hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included with the hotel stay was pretty good - it wasn’t the same everyday, but decent options. The hotel is clean and modern. The only downside was not having a safe in the room so I had to carry around my personal belongings that I normally leave in the safe. It was located on a street with a lot of other hotels and was close to a lot of amenities including West Edmonton Mall.

Have stayed here many times over the last couple of years. Service and cleanliness of the hotel are always top notch. We will continue to come here when visiting the city as long as the service remains the same! Would be hard pressed to find better value.

Hyatt Place in west Edmonton is one of the best hotel that I lived so far. All staff is pretty helpful. From the check-in until the whole stay. All staff is pretty helpful. Breakfast is extremely good with lots of options. The only 3 lady staff that I remembered. First one her name is Shae. She’s very helpful and we have a great little chatting on Nov 16. Her unique personality and outgoing make people feel so welcoming. Keep up the good job Shae. Second lady. Her name is Sarah. She has a wonderful smile. She is very outgoing and patience. She was also the one served my dinner order. Good is in a high quality which I don’t mind the bottled drink rather than the cup ones. The last lady helped me the entire check in. Her name is Jackie. She’s helpful; professional; welcoming and outgoing. Her politeness make people feel way comfortable and welcoming. Anyways, Hyatt Place is the most wonderful one that I stayed. If you are looking into the place to stay in Edmonton. Come into Hyatt and find Shae; Sarah and Jackie. They will make your staying smooth and make you not worry about anything. Thank you so much for the great job that you guys make . Shae; Sarah and Jackie. You guys all deserved the great exceptional points. Absolutely a 500/500 service. P.S: Also don’t cry yet Shae, Sarah and Jackie. I will absolutely come visit Edmonton in the future by taking that Via’s flagship Train 1/2.

My husband loved the comfy bed. The room was clean, Staff was friendly. Breakfast selections were good but less than lukewarm. There was no option to keep the AC fan running, but they had a fan that we borrowed. Card swipe to activate the elevator. We'll be back.
