The shower body soap should be replaced with a milder version as it's offensive. Put two soap packets i in a bathroom (e shower and sink). Lobby entrance to the multiuse space they call a bar/restaurant/lounge is not staffed by a dedicated person as one or the other desk clerks have to drop everything to help with your needs. West elevator when loaded had reached the ground floor and w was not level to the building floor. The car was 5cm higher. Not good. Front entrance automatic sliding doors are slow and sound worn out, scrapping/dragging.

Great location close to West Edmonton Mall. Free surface parking. Good breakfast included with the stay, minus the eggs which felt very powdery

Stayed in June and it was pleasant. Rooms were spacious and clean. They are well maintained. The only drawback was having to loop around because there's no convenient cross street between the one ways. Was going to stay again in September and booked. Within a few minutes realized I had made a mistake on the dates. Management refused to let me change without paying a 100% penalty. Yes, I had booked non-refundable but I wasn't looking for a refund and it was almost immediately after booking. I didn't think a little grace was out of line. So I won't stay here again.

Great location, excellent facilities, great service and food selections, close to West Edmonton mall, pool is a good temperature for kids.
