Good Value Hotel

Great value hotel. Breakfast buffet is pretty good for a free hotel breakfast. Pool although small, is great for keeping the kids entertained. Rooms were clean and spacious, we stayed in a double queen with pull out and it was great for the two kids and us.

Amazing location, clean and has everything you would need. Staff members Jackie and Jonathan are the best. Hotel breakfast is good, bar menu is good.

I booked through booking.com due to a family emergency. An hour later I had to cancel! Both the Hyatt and book.com refused to refund $800 for one night. O was met with terrible customer service and the Hyatt front desk had to call a manger to refuse my booking. Left me on hold for over an hour while they took my money!

Was in Edmonton for a business meeting. Great stay. Room was clean, spacious, and modern. Quick check-in and great customer service.
