Weekend family trip

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt in Edmonton. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The pool was lovely and a great feature for relaxing, especially when travelling with family. Breakfast was also excellent, with a very good variety of options. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would certainly stay here again.
Great place to stay

Great location that allowed us to walk to places nearby. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The continental breakfast was fantastic. Loved it here.
Not worth the cost

Was told the pet fee was 70, then was charged 100. Was told fees and taxes were included in the cost, then it wasn't. So what was 550 became over 750.
Great room, slow to get breakfast.

Quiet, Clean, Comfy room. Only complaint is breakfast, when you have so many people, you need a better set up. It took at least 15 min to get to the plates and start dishing out. You should have dishes and cutlery at or before the entrance. And you should have food set up on an island so it can be dished out on both sides. Your breakfast room is set up like a small hotel not a big, busy one. It doesn't flow.
The hotel is closed to west edmonton mall and many restaurants, cafes. Great value of money

Very nice place, great service and great location. The staff was polite and professional. Great ppace for short stay. I will definitely recommend anyone.
