Beautiful hotel, every member of staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms were spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The roof terrace is open all day with wonderful views of Havana. Great location, a short walk to the Capitol building, old town and some lovely bars and restaurants

We had a fantastic experience at the Mystique. The staff were all very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The location is conveniently located which makes walking tours and trips out of Havana very easy to do. The rooftop restaurant is lovely with fantastic city views. The food is very very good. It is the perfect spot to wind down after a long day of exploring. The rooftop restaurant is also where you have your breakfast in the morning. It's always a great spread with lots of good food. The room was always clean, with daily turndown service. Our room had a beautiful balcony terrace which was a great place to watch sunsets. Even though we are in a very busy part of Havana, the noise level was very low in the room. Even on the terrace the noise of the city was low. Overall, we found the Mystique to be an excellent value and would certainly return upon our next visit to Havana.

We had a great stay at the Mystique Royalton Havana. The location is excellent — right in the centre and ideal for exploring Old Havana on foot. The hotel has a grand, elegant feel, and the rooftop restaurant terrace is a real highlight. The staff were consistently helpful throughout our stay. Aine, the butler manager, arranged gluten-free pancakes for us at breakfast, which was lovely of her. Damylé and Roxana were also very helpful whenever we needed anything. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a powerful shower and good amenities. The WiFi was also impressive — we even managed a full one-hour Zoom call to the UK without any problems. Breakfast was variable and limited and had fewer options than you might expect elsewhere, but that’s quite normal for Cuba. Overall, a very good base for discovering Havana with reliable service, a great location, and a touch of elegance. We would happily stay again.
