Location was great! Rooftop bar and restaurant was really nice, very attentive and friendly staff! Room was very well appointed and it is a beautiful hotel! Cocktails are wonderful and the view from the rooftop bar is a great place to have a sangria and watch the sunset!

Central location, beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, welcoming and hospitable staff especially the buttler and staff at the rooftop restaurant, and great rooftop views. Cleanliness was noted throughout the hotel where staff were regularly maintaining and cleaning the common areas. Noise level was reasonable and quiet during the week. It gets really loud outdoors on Saturday night so bring earplugs if you want to sleep. Really liked the QR code where you can send a direct message on WhatsApp to get assistance. It was great value as our booking included breakfast and access to the pool and services at the nearby hotel 'Hotel Paseo Del Prado La Habana'. One thing that they can work on is consistency in service. We ordered room service on three separate occasions and the process was different each time. It would be easier if they post the room service menu in the room and one phone number instead of two options. Overall, great experience and we would return to this hotel if we visit Cuba again.

Havana is a hectic and interesting city, truly worth a visit. Therefore it is import to stay on a hotel with high standards, comfortable and where the staff is extremely courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend a stay here when visiting Havana.

Excellent stay, new hotel in classic styling, rooms with 2-story ceilings. Good breakfasts and 24hr bar with food available. Attentive staff made for a pleasant stay.
