Great hotel and great view of the ocean. Hotel is right on the beach with so many things they offer. Had a fabulous time before our cruise. And the elevator was great. I loved that you had to enter your floor and then scan your key card to get on. I felt safe and secure. Would highly recommend this hotel. We were on the 23rd floor which was a plus.

Had a wonderful time staying here. Breakfast was amazing. Close to many restaurants and attractions. The hotel has a wonderful staff and the rooms were very clean.

Josie was amazing! Best yoga class in front of the beach!! My mom and I enjoyed so much ??? In our last day in Hawaii, what a best way to finish our trip!

We had two rooms, 1008 and 1009, during our stay in April 2024. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was clean and organized. The only issue with our room, 1008, was there was no shelf or counter to place toiletries. It would have been nice to have a little table and chairs for dining, as well as a microwave. The room does have a refrigerator. The partial view of the ocean was very nice and we enjoyed the balcony. The rooms are near the elevator. We didn’t hear much noise from it, luckily, but it probably depends on how noisy the other guests are. Overall, it was a great place to stay. We felt safe and would stay here again!

Awesome Awesome accommodations for our Group of 9 that stated at the Twin Fin in Nov for our precruise...the customer service was Aplus...my manager Lillian Mesiona went over and beyond for our Group and a special shot out to the General Manager that stepped in and offered more to make sure our stay was on top of the world...yes I highly recommend Twin Fin
