Yoga on the Beach

catherine b on Mar 27, 2026

Friday Yoga on the Beach was fantastic! Paige was a great instructor. Friendly, kind and considerate to all levels, offering modifications for those of us with different needs. I booked this class through Twin Fin Hotel amenities and it was definitely a highlight of my trip! She even stopped class so we could get photos of a fabulous rainbow!

Paige was great as a Yoga instructor this morning!! Appreciated the level options since I’m not an experienced Yoga goer. Thank You Zen Fitness for two great experiences!!

Wonderful hotel

maggie_Gibney (Moncton, Canada) on Mar 25, 2026

My flight was canceled out of Honolulu and I was given accommodation by Air Canada at this hotel for one night. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to be sent to such a wonderful hotel that was across the street from Waikiki Beach. The room was modern with a very comfortable bed and pillows. It also had a bar fridge and a huge cable TV and a view of Waikiki Beach. The bathroom was very spacious and modern as well. There is also a safe in the room. I regretted that I only had one night here but I will definitely come back here when I go to Honolulu next time. I’ve traveled extensively over the years and stayed at too many hotels to count, and this was the first hotel I ever stayed at that gives you a cell number to text with anything that you need during your stay! The outdoor pool looked really nice and I wish I could’ve tried it out. The service from the staff was over the top, right from the time of check-in until I left. I would like to especially commend both Laurence Bonilla and Carol Siliezar at your concierge desk. These two people were so friendly and helpful. They helped me with everything possible, and I felt like there were the best Concierge’s I ever came across! It wouldn’t matter what you needed, how big or how small, they were willing and ready to help you with anything that they could do to make your stay better. It was acts of service from them and the rest of your staff that made my stay complete!??

Great time at the Twin Fin!

Gary S (Coos Bay, Oregon) on Mar 15, 2026

My spouse and I enjoyed our Hawaiian vacation and stay at the Twin Fin last year, so we decided to do it again. The Twin Fin did not disappoint. We requested our same room as last year, and the staff was able to accommodate this request. All other requests, like extra towels, a rubber mat for the shower, and a microwave for our room, were provided with aloha, and response times were quick. The Twin Fin uses text messaging for these requests, which made it very easy to communicate our needs. The bed is comfortable, and our room stayed cool with the AC. The daily credits provided by the Twin Fin for beach chairs and a Bluetooth speaker at Beach Candy on the first level are also a nice perk. The location of this hotel is also nice, as it's close to Kapiolani Park and an easy walk to very swimmable beaches and even snorkeling. We booked our vacation through Costco Travel, which provided additional perks and great value for the 10 days we were in Hawaii. Our room was clean, and the housekeeping staff was great. Even though we were above a busy Waikiki street, our room was quiet. It was also nice to hear the surf when we had our sliding glass door open. The sunsets from our room were spectacular! Much mahalo to the staff at the Twin Fin. The ohana spirit is alive and well at the Twin Fin.

Fraudulent Charges

Phillip L on Mar 11, 2026

Hotel fraudulently charged me and my family $523.56 for a smoke sensor being triggered in my room when we don't even smoke. I spoke to the manager - Jack and he said there isn't anything he can do about the fee and I was charged the amount on my credit card. I told him that it could have been a sensitive sensor to our tea pot and hair style tools but he stood by the fee and accused us of smoking. Please google these claims and you will see it frequently happening. Please note that if you take a risk of staying at the hotel, they will scam you with the smoke sensor being triggered and there isn't anything you can do about it. The hotel price is inexpensive compared to most all oceanfront properties, but you'll pay far more in fraudulent fees. I recommend looking elsewhere for hotel accommodations.
