? 1 Star – Complete Lack of Customer Care I am deeply disappointed with this hotel’s handling of our reservation. We booked six months in advance through Expedia. Due to incorrect guidance from Expedia, our reservation was canceled by mistake. Realizing the error, I personally called the hotel within 10 minutes of the cancellation and spoke with two different hotel representatives, asking if the reservation could be reinstated. Both representatives refused to help in any way, stating that nothing could be done — despite the fact that the check-in date was still six months away and the room could clearly have been restored. There was no attempt to escalate the issue, no goodwill, and no flexibility shown whatsoever. While the cancellation may have originated with Expedia, the hotel had a clear opportunity to assist a customer in good faith and chose not to. This rigid, uncaring response left us out $1,700 and completely shocked. A hotel that values customer service should be willing to help in situations like this. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I would strongly caution others before booking here.

Paige is amazing!! Highly Recommend! Best yoga and stretch is the best on the island……beach is amazing and Paige is the best!!

Had a voucher for 5 free nights, but between taxes and resort fees, the "free" five nights cost over $1100! No hot water one full day, and on another night at 1 am, fire alarm went off causing a sleepless night. Despite crazy high fees the hotel had nothing that we wanted to use (better and less expensive rentals were on the beach). Location was good and staff were polite. "Partial Ocean View" was a joke; only if you leaned out the sliding door (no patio) and took your life in your hands could you get a tiny glimpse of the ocean. You could only see other hotel buildings from inside the room.

This hotel is old and dirty. I am really unhappy with the slapshod appearance of this room. The bathroom floor was dirty. I’m afraid to know how dirty the carpet is. Damage is just painted over. The tub caulk is sloppy. The tables are stained. I’m sad that we are stuck here for our first trip to Hawaii. I don’t understand any of the positives reviews.

Amazing stay at The Twin Fin — perfect location directly across from Waikiki Beach, great views, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The beach vibe is relaxed but still upscale enough to feel special. I booked through a Laasie rewards offer, and it was actually worth it — got real credit back with no complications. Would definitely stay again.
