Tiki bar, Zack was great, our server. Evelyn not so much. Sat is at a table with sun blaring on us and no wind. Worst part of the visit. Zack our waiter was able to seat us in shade at the table we asked to be moved to original. She said no, that we could go back to reception and make a different reservation. Thanks to Zack he saved the day!!!

Twin Fin Hotel is perfectly located in Waikiki. Superb staff really care for you. Amenities, view, very clean and great holiday vibe all make the best memories. Many thanks Twin Fin Hotel. Mick A. From Australia.

Family of 7 celebrating our daughter’s graduation from vet school!! Our rooms were perfect to house us all and with adjoining rooms was icing on the top!! Great ocean front from one room and ocean views from the other two rooms!!

I stayed at The Twin Fin solo and overall had a really good experience. The location is one of the best parts — right across from Waikiki Beach and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and activities. It was also very convenient having food options and other amenities right in or around the hotel. The room was comfortable, the AC worked very well, and I slept great once I got settled in. The hotel has a fun, relaxed Waikiki atmosphere, and it was easy to come and go throughout the day. The only negative was when I first checked in, the toilet had urine left in it and had not been flushed, which wasn’t a great first impression. The rest of the room appeared clean, though. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would still recommend The Twin Fin, especially if location and convenience are important to you.

The Twin Fin was a great choice, the location is perfect, everything is within walking distance, the staff and service were very accommodating. The atmosphere was wonderful. See you next time “Twin Fin”, Mahalo
