I would like to leave a review about our stay at this hotel. We were very satisfied! The rooms are bright, spacious, and truly comfortable even for a stay of several days. I would especially like to highlight the service: when we decided to upgrade our room, the staff gladly accommodated our request and arranged everything quickly and smoothly. The team is very attentive — they responded to all our needs promptly and with a genuine desire to help. Fresh water was always available, which added to the overall comfort. A nice bonus is that if you happen to forget your sunscreen, it is provided here without any issues. And of course, a big advantage is the convenient location close to the beach, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly return again and can confidently recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a great location across the street from Waikiki beach. It's clearly a bit older and, despite a refurbishment just a few years ago, some aspects do look a little dated. However, the room was clean and comfortable - we had a balcony overlooking the pool area. We didn't use the pool but several people did. It's small but also appeared clean and well maintained. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor with great views of Waikiki and Diamondhead. The food was excellent, different from a regular buffet with 3 choices each day. The Tiki bar and restaurant was also good with lots of choice and long happy hour(s) with half price beer. We had lunch and dinner and had no complaints. The elevators are a bit different - you enter the floor you want outside the elevator and it tells you which one of 6 you should use. It seemed to work very efficiently.

You can do no wrong booking this hotel - stunning views across Waikiki Beach and Diamondhead and only steps away from the sand and main walking strip. Rental car service available on the ground floor though I did not use it. Booked a clean, quiet room facing the city however ocean view rooms are also available for slightly more. Reusable water bottles with refill stations dotted around, and beach towels are provided. There's a mini market on the ground floor for your convenience though there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The only niggle was a lack of guest laundry service - dry cleaning can be sent away however was quoted $50. But that's not a drop in the water compared to the great positive features the hotel otherwise provides.

We really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is in a great location for walks, runs, swims, and surfing. Yoga class on the beach was a wonderful experience. Instructor was very effective. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Oceanview was worth the extra cost.

Extremely happy with our stay at the Twin Fin Hotel. Lovely welcoming staff. Allowed us to access our room early. Well appointed clean rooms. So happy we have returned for another 4 nights. On the 22nd floor and had no issues with the elevators. Not 5 star but very affordable and in a great position across the road from Kuhio Beach with excellent views to Waikiki Beach.
