Very nice hotel and beach club. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Staff welcoming and helpful. Good could be better

we had the most incredible 2 weeks. loved the market close by and 5 minute walk to the beach. staff and locals were so friendly. enjoyed access to the niru beach club. food was good but needed a little bit more variety. the shows at night were fantastic, we enjoyed them every night. excellent customer service. we will be back next year

This is my second time staying at the niru ocean suites and I can’t say enough good things about the hotel, facilities, beach and staff. Everyone goes over and above to help, make guests feel at home and welcomed. The whole staff remembers your name, orders and is always available to answer questions or assist with things like new towels or room supplies. Every time you walk in the door, you feel like you’ve found your home away from home. Highly recommend!

The place is really clean, service is great, and friendly, most of the staff is bilingual, the place is family oriented. Food is fresh and with variety of meals. They another location (Niru) that you can visit and enjoy, included in the price.

Same food every day, just average, but the service at the restaurant is great specially “Saul” very attentive, friendly and makes you feel comfortable.
