Same food every day, just average, but the service at the restaurant is great specially “Saul” very attentive, friendly and makes you feel comfortable.

The hotel was clean, nice outdoor decor! The staff was friendly, helpful and kind! Food was good and beach club was great!

Returning and what you see in their website is what you experience. Staff is amazing and great service from the arrival to the time to depart. We will be returning.

What a lovely little hotel! The hotel itself is very small, but being so close to the beach club (5 minute walk) and so close to shops and restaurants in town.. it is perfect! Everything was clean and staff were very friendly. Buffet food was pretty decent, would be nice if maybe there was a little more variety or a second al la carte but I am still very satisfied. I would definitely come back!

Love your hotel and staff from check-in to checkout. Good location. Nice room on third floor, over looking the gardens, would have preferred second, maybe next time. Nice variety at the Buffet for breakfast, dinner and lunch at Niro club daily. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you to all the staff, front desk, bartenders, restaurant staff at hotel and at Beach Club. Thanks again Binniguenda for making my holiday a success. My new go to destination (use to be a Nuevo Vallarta fan) See you in 2026.
