We just returned yesterday from a week stay at Binniguenda Huatulco. We stayed in a deluxe double room located on the 3 rd floor. The room was very clean. It had a large shower, plenty of storage for our belongs. My favourite thing about our room was that it had a Juliette balcony overlooking the courtyard off the restaurant. We enjoyed having fresh air and being able to hear the bustle of the mornings. In the evening you can hear the show quite loud with the window opened, I enjoyed this but maybe others wouldn’t. My least favourite thing about the room was the bed, I found it very soft and was often sore. We enjoyed the overall vibe of this hotel. There were many families which we enjoyed. The physical environment is beautiful, and honours the land with many plant species and trails with little hidden spots to sit and enjoy. The property both in and out is well maintained and clean. The morning buffet and dinner buffet offers a variety of choices but is fairly repetitive. We enjoyed the food but were not wowed by our meals. The beach club was beautiful but I found the pool at the hotel more enjoyable. We did go into the ocean but no loungers were available by the time we arrived at the beach club. Lunch was served at the beach club buffet style , the food was good and varied. Every employee we encountered was helpful and friendly.

The physical aspects of the Hotel are showing their age. However all the staff are very friendly and helpful The nightly stage shows are a special treat. We look forward to returning for another holiday.

The staff at Binniguenda were very welcoming and friendly. The food was good. The evening shows were fabulous and each night there was a different theme. We absolutely loved the Niru beach club and Santa Cruz beach. Huatulco is a very laidback, relaxing vacation spot.

We stayed for 3+ weeks with no agenda and loved it. The hotel staff at every level is what makes the Binni stand out above the other hotels. Additionally, the hotel location, beach club, and evening shows all contribute to making it a great experience. The food was very good; there is a large selection, and I appreciate that the food at the buffet is served by mask-wearing staff (and not having serving utensils touched by every guest, possibly spreading germs). The beach club, a short distance away, is very nice with a pool, lunch buffet, bar, and designated beach area below. We spent almost every day at the beach club and never got tired of it. Looking forward to another visit soon!

Me and my fiancé took a trip and stayed at this beautiful suite hotel.staff was very nice. Originally we were going to stay on the first floor, as soon as we told staff it was my fiancé‘s birthday. They put us on the fourth level with a beautiful view of the beach. Staff was wonderfulFood was OK. Excellent trip. We will be back. local food from the beach was delicious. we definitely will be back
