You pay this much for a hotel you expect a hot shower... No hot water the whole time. Room not clean, there were pubes in our bathroom. No coffee pots in the room either which is disappointing because Starbucks in the morning is slammed. I think I got charged $60 2x for parking too which I'll have to deal with when I get home. Not a fan

Beautiful but many people, no accommodations, if you want to talk decently or have some privacy impossible! The music is not for my taste either, I pay for a room to enjoy the view and the noise didn't let me rest. Most of the time people enjoying the place are not Hotel guests.

My sister and I visited 4.21 through 4.26. We booked under two reservations, the King Flamingo rooms. We arrived on Sunday around 1600. There was a line to check in, but it moved fast. They have added more staff at the check in. We hoped for connecting rooms and they accommodated us on the seventh floor. Tip: use the kiosks to save time. We needed connecting rooms so we had to speak to a staff member. Everything else was fine. There was one morning where there wasn’t any hot water in the shower, but I managed to get clean with lukewarm water. This was my third stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

GREAT room and PERFECT strip vew, we had 19076, clean, cozy bed, loved Bugsy and Meyer Steak house(they were GREAT to our party and are the main reason for the 3) lots to do in The Flamingo and a GREAT location. Issue: NO HOT WATER not only in our shower but also no hot water shower in the 14 other rooms in our party. At least prior to noon. At all. Barely warm, seriously. For all 3 days. Would have reviewed at 1 if Bugsy and Meyer weren't the BOMB. Seriously the showers even on Fremont are hot...

Vile, Vile, Vile absolute joke of a dump hotel..wouldn’t wash my dog in the shower! Staff ignorant, don’t care, ruined 60th birthday celebrations..never return if offered foc I have videos but not able to load them… Could hear next room making plans for their day, their safe combination number, just rip the place down it’s not fit for human or animal habitation…ruined vacation, broken bed, stunk, horrible experience..I’m seriously trying to think of a positive but it’s hard!!!!
