Awful experience

This place is awful. We are only staying here because our daughter’s volleyball team has a tournament and the team chose to stay here due to proximity to the convention center. Terrible choice. The rooms are old and gross. The elevator is sketchy and beat up. We are here for 3 nights and had to switch rooms already once the first night. The AC was broken and the room was super hot and stuffy despite it actually being cold outside. My husband called the front desk to complain about it twice. Both times they said someone would come to fix it, 4 hours later, still not fixed. On top of that, the water was shut off in the hotel sometime around midnight. Could not use the restroom or anything, no warning from the hotel. There is clearly some type of plumbing issue because there are a couple hallways with huge loud fans blowing to dry the flooded carpet. After no long being able to tolerate the hot stuffy room, we went to the front desk to ask for a new room. Stuff was not very helpful and begrudgingly gave us a new room. No offer to compensate or upgrade or anything. The new room also looks old and beat up and the lights flicker in the bathroom. We have one more night here but I honestly can’t wait to leave. Will never stay here again, don’t care what the rest of the team is doing.
Not worth for the price.

When we checked in, they charged me like $500 dollars for who knows what, when we had already paid everything. The two rooms we rented were not clean, there was no shampoo in one room, there were not enough towels, the hotel staff was not kind when we asked something. It wasn't fair for the price of the rooms.
