Never going back.

Unfortunately, this will be my last stay at the Luxor. I have been staying every year for the last 7 years and have watched it go downhill. Every year I have kept hoping that they would make the improvements that were lacking, but that’s not the case. While it is true that it offers the most free play and food credits, I feel that the other lacking items do not make up for it. As a 100% disabled combat veteran I did request and receive an ADA room on the 2nd floor when I checked in. I purchased so of the overprice water and sodas and when I got to my room found that they had removed all the refrigerators. Oddly enough, the next day the front desk called my room to see how things were going. When I asked why the refrigerators had been removed, she stated no problem, I can comp you one and it will be delivered today, which it was. Lastly, I noticed a stale smell it the room, not sure if it came from the AC unit or what. The room was clean though; I’ll give them that. So, goodbye Luxor I’ll be booking a different venue next time I come Vegas way.
Disgusting!

This place is the worst hotel I have NOT had the pleasure staying. From the most unfriendly hotel staff to the filthy room and corridors to the room. There was something on the floor of the hall to the room that looked like something that prevents childbirth and used over and over,
Dysfunctional Retro

Every thing in the place is in disrepair. They didn't even replace the 30 year old lamps with USB connections to charge your devices. Bring your chargers! If your a Vet, ask for a Pearl Reward card on check in to cover parking. They neglected to tell me about it and I found out on my own.

Old, Noisy, and Unclean — Would Not Recommend

I just stayed at the Luxor for five nights, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The property feels very old, and the lack of basic upkeep really showed. My room was never cleaned the entire stay, so I had to repeatedly call just to get fresh towels. There’s no refrigerator and no coffee maker in the room, which was surprising for a major Vegas hotel. Throughout my stay, there was also an intermittent sewage smell that made the room uncomfortable. The shower pressure was good, but the noise level was ridiculous—same with the bathroom lights, which you can’t turn on without a very loud fan blasting at the same time. Overall, it was a horrendous stay and absolutely not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.
