Better than the reviews

After reading the reviews on trip advisor a few days before check in, I thought about changing our reservations to a different hotel. Glad I didn’t. I thought the hotel was very good. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable, hallways were not only nice but they were quiet also. So the hotel surpassed my expectations. Also, since we were going to an event at Allegiant Stadium, this hotel is the perfect location. There are a few shortcomings for this hotel. -The gym could use a little refresh. It was a decent size but does get crowded in the morning where you are struggling to get on equipment. -The pool has no umbrellas so you get burnt really fast in the sun. But I think all the Vegas hotels do this so you go back to somewhere where you spend money.
Great location for events

We stayed at the W Las Vegas for a short two-night trip to see Coldplay at Allegiant Stadium. While the location was perfect for walking to and from the concert, the overall experience fell short of expectations. At check-in, we paid for early access but were told otherwise and we had confirmation. It wasn’t until we escalated to management and kept the conversation focused on resolution that it was finally honored. Staff were polite in tone, but not proactive in addressing the issue. The lobby and common areas felt dark and lacked energy. While the elevators were fast, the hallway on our floor (27) smelled musty and appeared worn. In the room, a curtain rod had fallen, the bathroom floor was dirty, and the lighting throughout—especially around the bathroom mirror—was very dim, with the top of the mirror, not illuminated at all. Given the short stay, we chose not to switch rooms. There was a minor misunderstanding about a $25 water bottle charge, but it was resolved quickly and courteously at checkout. On the bright side, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the hotel’s location near the stadium was a major plus. The taxi service from the hotel was excellent, friendly, reliable, and fairly priced. Overall, while the staff were courteous, the hotel lacked the atmosphere, care, and attention expected from a higher-end property. It may work for a quick concert trip, but those looking for a more refreshed and welcoming experience might prefer other options.
Nice comfortable bed but property a bit outdated for Las Vegas

Easy to check in with the digital key in the MLife app but you can obtain plastic keys via an iPad in the lobby area using the Q-Code in the confirmation email. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The TV in the bedroom and lounge area however in my opinion are a bit small for a suite and many hotels with basis room on the Vegas Strip have a 55 to 65 smart TV’s. The picture quality was good. Just a hotel TV with smart options or apps like YouTube and Netflix. Does not offer any USB-C ports for charging the latest smartphones. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower which is good. I am personally not a big fan of a shower over a bath especially for older people. Nice lighted shaving mirror. I did find the lobby area a bit dark but maybe they are trying to create a more romantic ambience. WiFi was good and reasonably fast. Air conditioning quiet and cooled the suite quickly. Good view of the Strip and Luxor property. It all depends what rate you’re paying as this corner suite can command a rate of $1,123 but can be as low as $300. No fridge in the room for my diabetic medication which was disappointing and they wanted $40 to provide one. I personally think the hotel is very dated and doesn’t deserve the W brand and many things need updating to bring the property up to the 21st Century. There are much better options which are state of the art on the Vegas strip but if all you want is a comfortable bed then this property is nice. I personally can’t recommend the property for the reasons stated in that it lacks many basic amenities.
Good for exploring Las Vegas

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and I took advantage of some of the amenities this hotel offers. I'm not interested in the Casino at all (you might ask why did I visit Las Vegas if that's the case haha) but I still enjoyed all the facilities around the casino. I've had breakfast at Seabreeze and House of Blues which were all right and really enjoyed the train going to Excalibur and Luxor, saving us from the hot temperatures. You can also walk in an air conditioned environment, which is great. The room was big and quiet, with pretty much anything you'd need. I'd suggest bringing guests some complimentary water - I doubt it'd be such a big cost compared to what a positive impact this would have. I went to the pool twice - the second time I wasn't able to find a single sunbed even if it was quite early (before 10 am) and it was quite disappointing. The pool itself is nice, but extremely crowded. I enjoyed the lazy river and the wave pool. We also took advantage of the sky fall lounge - quite nice views. I really liked the Uber lounge, great for the high temperatures. Quick check in and check out. Since it was good value for money, I would return in the future.

I have stayed here many times. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I must confess I used the Mobile App to login - Never talked to a human got my room assignment and used my phone as my key. It worked beautifully.
