Excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I really like Gabriela Cesena. She was one of the best pool waitress. Very good. The whole resort was very nice and clean. Bathrooms were very clean. Food one of the best we’ ever had

We spent the holidays enjoying the warm weather, reading, watching families enjoy all VDP Loreto has to offer, reading, eating really good food, reading... Had a nice break! The holiday decorations were very festive, gave a nice feel for the season. The front desk staff were always very helpful and friendly. We interacted the most with Itzayana, thank you! The outside of the resort and pool areas are beautiful and it is nice to see native plants in the landscape. The room was comfortable and plenty of space; like having the washer/dryer. The housekeeping staff are The Best! Friendly, thorough, caring and nice ladies and gents! The bellhop guys are always right there to help. Thank you Jesus and Ernesto! Great to see Manny again, the leader of the pool pack(!) and always making sure we are taken care of. Gabriela! Enrique, Jose Luis, and all who served us at the pool, and Cristofer, service with a smile ;)) We enjoyed the restaurants, the food is very good! We did not eat at Danzante but heard very good reviews. We enjoyed the wine tasting experience, food pairing and wine from the oldest winery in North America, Mexico to be precise! The Market buffets are amazing! Great waitstaff - Joshua, Toribio, Sandro, Julio, Hector, Santiago. The food prep/serving people and chef really excel at what they do! David and crew at the beach bar - drinks and food were really good! We enjoyed the entertainment, the group is incredible!! They performed The Nutcracker for Christmas evening show - super!

Exceeded our expectations at every turn. Staff was super helpful. View was incredible. Food was delicious. Feels like a hidden gem that we want to keep secret! Bellboy Giovanni was awesome. Victor at the beach restaurant. Edson at the pool. And our housekeeper was amazing. . Wish we knew her name. Room 4436 on Jan 2-7. We will be back! Oh and Golf course. Mind blowing!!

Renata, Yanelli, Melina and Monserrat in the Kid's club were so nice to our boys, they loved their time with them. They had a lot of activities for them to do and the boys didn't want to leave. The resort was a nice place for families to visit.

My husband and I recently visited Loreto and stayed at Villa del Palmar. We had a WONDERFUL time! From Jorge as our concierge and all his help during our stay, to Joshua at The Market Restaurant, and Jose and Edson at the Pool Bar, our trip and service were phenomenal. They immediately treated us like family and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely be back!
