Samantha Mallam at Villa del Palmar Islands of Loreto delivered absolutely outstanding service. As an Elite member, I truly appreciated how quickly and professionally she responded to my concerns. Samantha immediately took ownership of the issues I was experiencing and handled everything with efficiency, kindness, and genuine care. Her communication was prompt, clear, and reassuring throughout the process, and she made me feel valued as a guest from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personal touch, and Samantha exceeded expectations in every way. We travel to Villa del Palmar Islands of Loreto at least once per year, and Samantha continually makes our stays the absolute best. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction are a huge part of why we love returning year after year.

I loved it, an experience we definitely need to repeat. Everyone was very friendly, the service was impeccable, the staff very attentive, the breakfast was delicious, the buffet was very varied, and above all, I loved Chef Adan's empanadas and quesadillas. He was very attentive and always had a smile. Mr. Gabriel, the waiter, and Abraham, the waiter, provided excellent service.
