The entire resort is wonderful and the service was extraordinary. As an Elite member with the Villa Group, we spent most of our time at the Elite Members Pool. Manny was as Pool side side service attendant and he was truly next level. So attentive and kind. He is a reall asset to the company.

Our second visit, first time as members. Again amazing week, so memorable Food was amazing Josue our waiter is so personable, very friendly and attentive Jose our waiter in Casa Mia is so awesome, he remembered us from last time, what a wonderful man Joshua our waiter from market for breakfast so personable and gracious Dylan our beach waiter is super sweet and great waiter, Maria makes the best egg white omelets in town he market and finally Antonio from landscaping is so friendly and helpful, great smile. Can’t wait to return in February !

Josue provided us with an excellent experience at the beach. Amazing service. Wonderful conversation and a great sense of humor. Beach day was perfecto!!!
