Luxury in a great location

Jem was so helpful when we checked in and realized our error in booking. With the assistance of Jem and the manager, Dakota, we were able to adjust to a room that better suited our family. The room was updated and the bathroom spectacular. Beautifully renovated hotel with excellent service.
Fairmont century city , fantastic experience and service.

Staff and service here is wonderful! Our room service for breakfast had the most delightful Rosalinda bring it to our room and she is a customer service Queen!! Complimentary Champagne and fruit on arrival, bed was great , everything is so clean.

Bella and Manuel at the gold lounge were extremely helpful They catered to my families needs Our third stay at this hotel Will come back for the gold lounge again. All the staff was very helpful especially at the gold lounge. Would recommend staying here.

This hotel was sooo beautiful and clean! All of the staff were amazing. Manuel and Todd downstairs in the lounge were so helpful and friendly. They made sure that I had an incredible experience! I would definitely be coming back to stay here soon!

Spacious clean and efficient rooms. I travelled for business and get every feature you may need. Only the door of my closet was not closing, I needed to place something to keep it closed so the lights of the closet turned off. Generally it is a very nice city hotel.
