No Response To My Email about Lost Items / Autistic Child

Autistic child visiting me lost her glasses and headphones I emailed two people in housekeeping with photos of lost items. No reply. Even if items were not found it would be nice and professional for housekeeping managers to reply.

Anthony, who works the front desk , went out of his way the afternoon of December17th to accommodate two special requests that I had. He did it quickly and with a great smile. Thank you Anthony

Enjoyed the view from the room & having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Very walkable and near the Marina and restaurants. The lobby was festive with Christmas decorations

Manny and Aramis were very helpful and friendly! They were all quick, efficient and delicate with loading our luggage!
