Beautiful hotel wonderful staff

Flew down for business had a brief stay and felt at home. Have to commend the excellent service of the staff for making me feel at home and maintaining a high level of professionalism and making a good stay a great stay. Rick and Iliana in particular played a very important role in making my stay a very memorable experience and I look forward to crossing paths with them at my next stay at the Sonesta Redondo Beach & Marina

Great Valet Service

John gave us fantastic valet service for our company. Very impressed by him. He also recommended a great restaurant nearby that overlooked the ocean. The rooms were clean and pillows and beds comfortable. Checking in was easy and fast. Overall great experience

Great stay

John was a pleasure. Took great care of us. The hotel and staff were excellent. Made it easier to get the things done we needed to do. Made our stay even better. The room was clean and nice. The food was good and service was great. I am glad I chose to stay here.

Great location, spacious room and amazing sunset over King Harbor!

Perfect place for a getaway to the South Bay. Outstanding location to access the activities of the Redondo Beach pier. Tasty food and warm, friendly service at the Harbor Grill. Excellent support by parking attendant, Enzo! Overall, the staff were great!

Just stayed at this hotel and would not recommend it. I remember this hotel before it became the Sonesta and while they upgraded the lobby, the rooms still look pretty outdated. When I went to check in, there was a big group in front of me and only one person working the desk so I waited in line for 10-15 minutes before being helped. The person checking me in was great through and super courteous. When we booked the reservation, I asked for a crib. We asked again when checking in but had to request it for a third time before they left it outside of our room. It ended up working out though and met our needs. Unfortunately, their housekeeping did not follow protocol in resetting the alarm so our infant was woken up at 6am by a rouge alarm going off. When I went to escalate my concerns upon check out, there was really no service recovery effort. Just an apology. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
