We love staying at Marina Fiesta. It’s such a great location to go out and do things but make no mistake the team there do a great job at making us want to stay at the resort and come back. It starts at the front. Leonel remembers us and takes care of us and really cares about our experience. The pool staff is so nice too! I feel like I owe THEM for how they take care of my wife and I. See you all in October!

Made a reservation in advance to be picked up at the airport - nobody showed up When you check in they make you sit and listen to an hour long sales pitch about the hotel. No potable water in the room and they charge you for bottled water Made a reservation for a taxi to the airport at 3 am, taxi was not there had to wait 20 minutes for one to get there. Let us check in early, but didn't tell us that it would cost us $153
