Really enjoyed our time at this resort. It is really a special place for couples and all staff do a great job in taking care of you. Could not recommend Secrets Cabo more. A great experience! Easy check in and high end customer service. Will definitely be coming back.

We want to start this review by saying GRACIAS, MUCHAS GRACIAS to Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Resort for an amazing stay. It was truly hard to leave the hotel because of all the wonderful staff and people. We have stayed at a dozen hotels, and this one is at the top of our list for the best stays and experiences ever. The building is gorgeous, and it only becomes more breathtaking when you walk in. The rooms are of high quality, the service is excellent, and the restaurants offer amazing food. Each day was filled with great activities, all thanks to the fantastic staff. I want to extend a special thank you to Aracely for her outstanding service and hard work; our stay was so comfortable and relaxing thanks to you! A huge thank you also goes to the restaurant staff for their fantastic service. Gracias to Chef Carlos, Ismael, and Bruno at Himitsu; we had an amazing time. Thank you to Michelle and her colleagues at the Market Café. I also want to acknowledge Federico and Ivan in the entertainment program. I could keep naming all the people who made us feel at home. Overall, we had a great experience at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were excellent. Our room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for celebrating a birthday week. I highly recommend this hotel! We look forward to going back to Secrets Puerto Los Cabos soon! Irving y Micheilla.
