Manny and Erubiel were amazing! Food was good! Show and service were amazing. Catered to any allergies. I would definitely recommend trying to do a table here if you can. Hibachi show was worth trying to make a reservation. Fun night for sure!

As always (our 4th time to this Secrets), everything was exceptional. We had an especially nice dinner at Oceana restaurant where Franco made sure we had a perfect last evening of our stay. Alessandra our hostess on so many occasions was very helpful, friendly and most welcoming. We look forward to our next visit. All the staff are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

The resort is a 10 out of 10 in my book. From the staff to the food and drinks and to the beauty of the resort it was spectacular . The hotel was amazing with the cleanliness of everything. The grounds were perfectly manicured and nothing was out of place. We will definitely be staying there in the future.

This place is absolutely amazing. I don't understand how you could find anything to complain about. My wife and I are on our 6th day here today and every day has been so wonderful. The staff are the most friendly and caring people we've ever had at a resort anywhere. They all remembered our names after the first encounter. We feel very welcomed and cared for here. They are so focused on meeting your every need. They all work so hard to keep everyone as pampered and spoiled as possible. It's really insane actually. Chuck is one of the waiters by the pool and he is constantly running to get people what they want. The guy is incredible. All of the wait staff here are incredible. We really love Miguel and Axel. They took us on 2 tours into San Jose, and they were so fun to hang out with, and very accommodating. Miguel also does the water aerobics. We really enjoy seeing him every day. The entire place is beyond beautiful. The grounds are meticulously maintained - they even rake the sand in all the flower beds so that they sand is in perfect lines. It's very clean everywhere you look. Same thing with the rooms. You can see the ocean from our room and we are in the furthest building from the beach. The view is absolutely spectacular. We drink coffee and watch whales from our deck every morning. The inside of our room is so cool too. It is very fancy and the decor is amazing. It's feels like we're in a luxury castle. They have tray ceilings over the bed, massive mirrors, the shower and tub are very big, lots of storage and the bathroom is massive. We absolutely love our room. We've been to many resorts and these are, by far, the nicest rooms. The pool is amazing too. The water is heated to such a perfect temperature all the time. It is a very large pool and there is loads of chairs around it. You have to snag one in the morning if you have a favorite spot, but they have never once ran out of chairs around the pool to use. All the other resorts we've been to, have ran out of chairs unless you save one very early in the morning. Also the restaurants are absolutely top notch. We had the surf and turf at Oceana restaurant last night and it was one of the best steaks I've had. This is the best resort food we've had by a long shot. All of the restaurants were great service with delicious food. The size of the place is perfect for us. It's large enough that there's lots to do and see, while not being so big that you're waiting in lines. I was nervous from the pictures of the resort that we would not be able to access the beach, but it is very easy to get there. They have a really cool tunnel under the privileged pool that takes you right to the beach. The water is too intense to swim, but you can walk and lounge there. We will definitely come back here. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Great Job Secrets. You nailed it. Thank you so much.

Alex was our waiter he had us laughing and had such good service. Food was yummy ambiance was great too we came to late for a water view but will be back next time around sunset . Also the espresso martini was so good and the spinach salad had fresh strawberries
