Angel's service at check-in was exceptional! Working in the hotel industry myself, I truly appreciated his warm and welcoming demeanor. He made a significant positive impact on our trip, and we can't wait to return and see him again. He made us feel right at home.

Air conditioning did not work correctly but after asking offered free late check out / very small shower room / no net curtains so no privacy or room in darkness when using main curtains / long walk to breakfast area and pool area and one lift not working at pool end of resort
