I really had amazing experience. I loved all the staff, including the housekeepers, even down to the waiters at the restaurant during the breakfast time at the buffet and especially pool time with all the waiters and bartenders at the pool they really took care of us and I like to thank them Fidel Alfredo. Jamie Israel.And last but not least Norcizo every day that we went down to the pool, those boys, Make sure that we always had drinks. Make sure that we got food. Make sure that we knew the specials of the day the drinks of the day I mean it was amazing. The whole experience was just great. We are planning to come back again November 20 26. We look forward to staying at this resort we love the Marina view we love all of the people there can’t wait to come back 2026.

I am extremely upset with my stay at Tesoro Hotel Los Cabos. I made a mistake of leaving my $100 inside my bag, and it went missing during my stay and was replaced with $1. I strongly believe it was taken while housekeeping was inside the room, because that’s the only time anyone had access while I was away. I reported it immediately and the response I got was minimal and unhelpful. No real investigation, no concern, no apologies, no accountability. I felt violated and completely unsafe. It ruined my trip knowing my belongings were not protected and that the staff did little to care. All they did was file a report and I heard nothing after that. A place that can’t guarantee basic security is unacceptable. Even their safe box doesn’t work as it is low on battery. I will NEVER recommend this hotel. If you value your money, personal belongings, and peace of mind, avoid this hotel! There are plenty of other places in Cabo where you won’t have to worry about things disappearing.

The room view s excellent and hotel s right next to the shore and dock. Leon s very attentive to our needs and helps us with our heavy luggages. Thx so much! Lots of restaurants around. We have a wonderful dive trip in Mexico.

This is a very shabby property in general. The website portrays it as looking better than it does. First the positives: Nice pool with good view, friendly staff (esp Santiago at buffet), updated room, close to some good restaurants and cafe/bakery, free parking. No musty smell in room The challenges: The property feels like a ghost town with at least one abandoned restaurant and most shops empty. Check in staff were not very welcoming and finding where our room was located was a maze. The hotel room coffee machine was terrible and internet was spotty (but better than last property) Getting hot water was a challenge and you had to press for in room soap etc.

Had a great trip a Tesoro. Highlights: -Israel who works at the pool is incredibly kind and hard working! An all star -Santiago at Vistaroof is incredible as well and so knowledgeable -central -decent food Lowlights: -volume late at night (busy area -so it is loud-suggest ear plugs) -Jaime at the pool was not very professional and often rude, hoping he can learn from Israel about being kind to guests.
