Tesoro - fun vacation

Friendly and helpful staff… especially Felipe our Bell Boy.. he went above and beyond to find out where our airport transportation was. They didn’t show up and he called and the company sent a driver right away!!!

No refund on cancelations by aware

I have a flight issue that I wasn’t able to make it on the day of the reservation. This particular hotel doesn’t offer a refund on reservations. Even though sometimes something came out like this unexpected experience. I would highly recommend the hotel to offer the refund on cancelations even though it required to pay a little extra on the booking.

Amazing Couples Massage

We just got a couples massage with Jessica and Blanka and it was absolutely incredible!! Best massage we’ve ever had. The 50 minutes went by in the blink of an eye. We would highly recommend booking Jessica and Blanka the next time you need a massage. They know their stuff and were able to concentrate on different areas that they identified needed a little extra work (me my left shoulder and my husbands back). We’ll definitely be back! ??

Poor Management

I am writing to express my deep disappointment following a recent experience at your resort. We have been loyal guests for years and have always enjoyed our stays — until now. During our last visit, we encountered one of the rudest individuals we’ve ever dealt with: your pool manager, Mario. After spending an enjoyable day at the pool and ordering food, we were told we could not take our meal back to our room — a policy that was not previously communicated. Mario's approach was aggressive and completely unprofessional. He escalated the situation by threatening to call security and went so far as to falsely accuse us of assaulting him. This experience was both upsetting and unacceptable. We expect a much higher level of hospitality from a resort we’ve trusted for years. Regrettably, due to this incident, we will no longer be bringing our family back.
