Christian, Marcos and Alma were the best. So helpful and attentive. The resort is beautiful. We had a great time. The members update on the other hand, did not go well. Wasn't impressed with how things went. As members, we'll be trying other resorts and may return at some point.

Kevin in activities is by far the friendliness and most proficient instructor here at this resort. He has incredible energy and is a great motivator, all the while smiling and having fun! I wish he would do all of the activities all of the time!
