Thank You villa Valencia - everyone we encountered was awesome - we can't remember our housekeeping staff - But whomever serviced room 3801 and 2 from 4/10-4.17 were amazing!! Special shoutout to Victor,Juan, and Jorge for poolside service - and all the servers who remembered us from 2 years ago - so awesome!! Christian, Fatima, Kevin and we know there is one more but can't think of his name. from the entertainment group - thanks for the water aerobics, the bracelet making etc.. we love you - *consider opening the tye dye tshirt making for the adults... And for bellhop service - My sisters bag did not arrive from Phoenix to the resort on 4/10 - the bellhop guys - Noe, Adrian, Heriberto And Mario Gil were so awesome - and were more excited than we were when her bag arrived late Thursday night!!

I would have given this five stars, except I felt that some of the employees were not super friendly, or knowledgeable in some areas, mostly in the sales department and concierge lounge. Most other staff was absolutely incredible!! The property is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and immaculate, and the cleaning staff was the best you could possibly get! I loved having our room cleaned daily, as well as dishes, which was such a nice break for me. The biggest standout for me was the workers at the kids club, particularly Kelly , Fernanda, and Fabiola . My daughter Duet is 4 years old and is special-needs, they took such great care of her and went above and beyond to meet her needs and to allow us the adult free time we desperately wanted. Knowing that she was in such capable, caring hands was such a relief. My daughter never wanted to be taken away from the kids club, she had so much fun engaging with the staff!! Because of the childcare on this property, we will continue to come again and again!
