Beautiful resort! Excellent service!

We stayed for 8 days with a group of friends. Despite the fact hat we came 5 weeks after the hurricane, the resort did not disappoint! Special thank you goes to the entertainment staff by the main bar near the volleyball court: Orlando S., Daniel B., Wesley H., and others. They made our vacation so much fun, going above and beyond to ensure we have a wonderful experience!!! From playing volleyball with us to wiping chairs from the rain so that we could sit comfortably, you name it! Also great was the bartender Roy. We will definitely come back!

My Reservation cancelled due to Hurricane Melissa and resulting travel disruptions in October 2025. I asked for a refund and planned to reschedule in 2026. I was a furloughed employee and wasn't getting paid in November 2026 so I needed the money until Congress passed the budget. The hotel and Grand Palladium Hotel group refused to send me my refund. I've contacted Andrea Carranza &Ramiro Arellano of the Call Center Palladium Hotel Group, frontoffice.jamaica@palladiumhotelgroup.com; Ayesha Nichol-Patterson reception.jamaica@palladiumhotelgroup.com and they refuse to issue my refund. The timeline is below: Timeline November 2, 2025 – • Reservation cancelled due to Hurricane Melissa and resulting travel disruptions. • Refund of US $1,231.19 expected under Flexible Pay Now cancellation policy. November 7, 2025 – • Palladium informed you that the refund was “processed” on this date. November 7–December 1, 2025 – • No refund appears on your account. • No transaction shows as pending or incoming. [Date of Andrea Carranza’s Email] – • Hotel states they are experiencing issues with refunds from late October and early November. • States refund “should appear by end of next week or first week of December.” 6 days later (your follow-up) – • Refund still not received. [Date of Ramiro Arellano’s Email] – • Confirms refund “was sent” on November 7 but was not processed due to a system error. • States matter will be escalated to Finance Manager. • Cannot provide direct Finance contact. • No new refund processing date provided. • No transaction reference number provided.
