We had an amazing time at Princess Senses. The staff was friendly, gym was superb, and the facilities were clean. Our favorite restaurant was KA and Davion and Rohanda were awesome. Keshain makes amazing smoothies in the food market! Go see Kishaun in the gym for a great workout! Timesha was also attentive and so sweet. Thank you all!
A Slice of Heaven at Princess Grand/The Mangrove – Pure Perfection from Start to Finish!

Where do I even begin? We arrived at Princess Grand/The Mangrove last Saturday, June 6 and I will try to put this amazing experience in words as best I can. From the second we stepped onto the property, we were swept into a world of luxury and personalized care. Our phenomenal butlers, Hermique and Jessica, greeted us with such warmth and elegance, we instantly knew this would be no ordinary vacation. They whisked us away to The Senses VIP check-in, where refreshing tropical cocktails and the smooth rhythms of reggae melted away the fatigue of our long journey. While waiting for our room, we relaxed in the exclusive Platinum Senses Lounge, where the divine buffet and unmatched hospitality of Stacy Ann, Kerri Ann, and Shantel had us floating in vacation bliss. Mimosas in hand, laughter in the air— this was paradise, and it was only the beginning! They were friendly and very attentive to any request we had. That was just the start…every morning during our breakfast run we were greeted with warm smiles and conversation. The entire staff—from the bellmen to the chefs, the room attendants to the restaurant hosts—treated us like royalty. Hermique and Jessica elevated our experience to unimaginable heights, orchestrating every detail flawlessly. Need a dinner reservation at one of the 8 exquisite restaurants? A simple message to Hermique or Jessica, and voilà—confirmation received, with a shuttle buggy en route to whisk us away! We only had to time to try 5 of the restaurants on the resort but each one was exquisite. From the IL Palazzo Restaurant (Italian), Roberts Flame (steakhouse), Food Market, Umami (Japanese), Platinum Beach Senses, Fusion (Asian), to the Food Trucks on the family side; we left each wanting more. Even room service was impeccable, and returning to our suite each evening was a delightful surprise—fresh fruit, a drawn bath, or an artistically arranged bed—no detail was overlooked. We came for our son's wedding/honeymoon and that by itself was spectacular but my wife and I felt like we were the ones honeymooning. The resort’s elegance, serenity, and vibrant energy made every moment unforgettable. Now for the not so pleasant…. after 7 days we had to leave this amazing place. Pure Paradise!! The heartbreak doesn’t even begin to describe it! The other issue…please, please change Hermique and Jessica's long sleeve shirts to short sleeve for the summer. It couldn't have been easy doing all they did wearing those in the Jamaican heat? True dedication! The unparalleled service, breathtaking ambiance, and world-class dining have left us utterly spoiled. We are both still struggling to come to grips that the dream is over and already plotting our return before we’ve even unpacked! Thank you to all the staff at The Grand and Senses who made our stay really memorable!! 10/10 – A Masterpiece in Hospitality!
