This resort is beautiful. The food was good the service was excellent! Our Butlers Liam and Neisano were wonderful, they took care of everything without us even asking. Made our dinner reservations, brought towels to our beach Cabana and randomly popped up just to check on us and so much more! Leowell Clare aka Randy at the MVP bar went above and beyond to provide great service every time we visited. The bartenders at the Piano bar were great as well- Lamar, Frankz and Tristan.( I hope I got their names correct) we enjoyed great drinks, conversation and a few jokes every time we would stop by. The highlight of our trip had to be a day trip to Negril. Our private driver Jermaine Spence took us to all the places we wanted to see including the famous Negril sign, 7 mile beach and Rick’s Cafe, thanks “Scooby” for a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Clare at the Resort for setting up the private day trip- she definitely understood the assignment.If you visit look for her near the first floor lobby elevator.

After the most exhausting day of travel, we were stunned at the absolute beauty of this resort. We were quickly checked in and given a ride on a golf cart to our room. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the swim out was amazing. We stayed in an O club room which is quite intriguing. I highly recommend for couples! Monique took care of our daily housekeeping and did a great job. During our stay every single resort employee greeted us with a warm smile and appropriate “Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening”. We saw the Enrico the Managing Director daily, but only chose to approach him on the last night to tell him what an amazing time we had. There is a listing of daily activities available, so if you can decide if you choose to partake or not. However, I recommend that you do because the entertainment staff were fantastic. We enjoyed playing games or just watching them having a blast with other people. Special shout out to Riley & De Andra for the music trivia and to Shantal & Ann Marie for the rainy day fun with cup stacking! These individuals were super friendly and fun to be around. Each morning, we began our day with a trip to the Food Market breakfast buffet. Shereka took care of me by asking if I wanted “the usual” at the egg station. I loved it! For lunch and dinner we ate at most of the restaurants at the resort, which were all good with excellent service. All of the bartenders had great personalities as well. I am not a big drinker so I often did not know what I wanted. I would just say I like banana and strawberry and left the rest up to them. Thanks to Janelle who made an amazing banana daiquiri! We did not choose to do any excursion trips. However, we decided to take a taxi for the day so that we were free to do whatever we wanted for however long we wanted. We were paired with Floyd and it was the best day ever! We told him we wanted to shop, see Negril, and eat some authentic Jamaican food. He went above and beyond our expectations by taking us to the not so tourist areas of Negril as well as Rick’s Cafe and Margaritaville. We didn’t stay long at the tourist spots because we were excited to see where Floyd would take us next! I highly recommend spending the money to take a taxi so you are not limited by the stops on the excursions. I have been to a lot of places and stayed at a lot of resorts, but none of them compare to Princess Senses. I am not normally the type of person that will revisit a resort either, but I am already working on booking another trip here!

The customer service started upon arrival as the front door persons were courteous. The property is very big so we were taken from one property to the next on golf carts and the drivers were very nice. The Front Desk staff that checked us in Corey was amazing. We were assigned two Butlers, Keen and Andre; they were a text message away as a Whattsapp group was formed so that we would have access to either of them all the time. They went above and beyond. The restaurant staff at the Platinum Club, Max, Monique and Shantell; thanks again for the extra-ordinary service. Hibachi Chef Jemar; the experience was awesome.

Me and my girlfriend had the best experience in the world. Food was amazing, room was perfect, the entertainment was what sold us and made our stay the best ever, De Andra, Dallet, Keno, and Kuwayne were the best and most fun entertainers we’ve ever had. They made every day an event and made us want to get up and be pool side from 10-6 and go to the show at 9 and have the most amazing time ever.

Went to this resort for my wedding with 60 guests. We had 0 complaints, all of our guests had a great time!! We had a platinum swim out room with butlers Andre and Keen, they were the best!! Incredible service, so kind and fun, even helped with our wedding. Our room was beautiful, and the swim out is worth the upgrade. The food was great, hardly had to wait to get seated even in our large groups. Our drinks were fantastic. Highly recommend water aerobics or yoga with kishaun! Beach sand was nice, but got a little muddy if you went out into the water. We brought our snorkel gear and swam out, or floated on rafts and it was perfect. Our service every where we went was top notch, Andre and keen went above and beyond, kishaun hosted yoga for an entire part of our wedding party, and almost every waiter or waitress at the restaurant became our friends.
