We would love to share that the chefs at Hedo work so hard to accommodate my wifes food allergies. Chef Shane, chef paulete, chef Audley, and chef Owen went out of their way to make her feel safe and have a full belly every day.

Okay, so the resort is great-the staff is amazing and all of that, you've read that 1000x if you're reading this. But what isn't talked about nearly enough is the Kama Sutra Palace. This place is a sanctuary- beautiful & very sensual. The instructors are some of the best people I have ever met. Every year prior we have done the "teaser" classes- which are an hour long, 4-5 days/wk during their open season (look into this!). This year we did 3 classes that taught how to spoil your partner with tantric massage techniques. We were SO invested we spent several hours in our room "practicing" after the 2nd class. We decided to sign up to do a couples tantric massage at the palace. The instructors do these. They are very professional and after they even found us on the resort to chat with us & gave us their email addresses in case we had any questions once we got home. I have NEVER enjoyed being touched, my husband rubbing my back or arm has always just felt irritating to me. These classes & the massages (we did 2) have taught me how to appreciate touch and has also helped us communicate more about what is good and bad for us. Everyone is different, but the Kama Sutra Palace helps you find the balance and reignite the spark that might be dimming.

Home Away From Home I love Hedo — this was my fourth consecutive year visiting, and every time it gets better. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the entertainment team will keep you on your toes from morning until night. I especially adore Anna Banana! We tie-dyed shirts right on the beach, earned Hedo Bucks playing trivia with Junior and Ronisha, and danced the night away with Ricardo. If you’ve never been, just know this: at Hedo, you can truly be yourself without judgment. It’s the perfect place to let go, have fun, and make unforgettable memories. I can’t wait for year five!

Love whenever I come to Hedo. It’s an amazing time and experience every visit. From the loving energy I get from Ana Kay and the other staff. To the hospitality and energy my group organized chaos brings in the people around invited can never get enough of coming. #ToTheChaos

Had a great time.. good food, good drinks, good people.. parties were great. The property was beautiful and had great activities, I enjoyed snorkeling. The entertainers were amazing, Anna was friendly and amazing, I recommend asking for her if you visit. I cant wait to go back
