Great Service & Location

We enjoyed a wonderful 7 days over the Christmas/New Year’s holiday at this centrally located hotel at Time Square. Room was very spacious, with a view of Times Square. From the moment we were received by Reception at check-in, until the end of our stay, the service we received from all departments was superb. I want to give a special shout-out to both Lilly, at the Front Desk/Reception and to Front desk mgr Mary Mannion. Both were extremely supportive in making sure I got the credits I deserved as a Titanium member. Concierge lounge was excellent, as was the onsite restaurant. I’ve been a guest here in the past and will eagerly return.
Very good

Nice hotel in the middle of Times Square. We were worried that it would be so noisy from both the hotel guests inside and all the traffic and activity outside but we were pleasantly surprised how little you could hear at night and we enjoyed a good night’s sleep every night we were there (6 nights). We were on the 23rd floor. Really disappointed the restaurant on the top floor was closed for renovation as that was one of the reasons we booked in the first place. The other restaurants (Broadway Lounge and Rye) are a bit confusing as they are flagged as being 2 separate restaurants but they both serve the same food and drink and are essentially the same restaurant other than slightly different seating areas. The food is reasonably priced but the drinks are very expensive it I suppose it is Times Square. Very nice hotel and we didn’t encounter any issues. The beds are lovely and comfy, lots of different pillows so hopefully you get one you like, they come in and clean every day (I’ve seem some reviews saying the hotel is dirty but that wasn’t my experience; it was lovely and clean) and overall a good hotel base.
