Terrible hotel experience- warning do not stay here

DO NOT stay at this hotel. THIS IS Not a four star hotel , 2-3 at best. The general management is to blame not the employees as they are trying their best! Breakfast was listed as included and then then we got there we were given a voucher For breakfast at an overpriced delivery which cost almost 6 USD For delivery leaving 34 USD for four people to eat breakfast when average prices for a dish were 22 USD. We were NOT allowed to eat in the designated eating area and were told to eat in the entrance way on small circular tables or in our rooms. The hot water ran out and a construction company through debris at the window waking us up at 7 am. The hallway was as dirty and not vacuumed and the gym had no Air conditioning and marked 100 degrees. The trash was not removed from our room but at least the beds were made.
Terrible Customer Service, Poor Management!!!

This review is going to restate what almost every other reviewer has already said. Our original reservation confirmation states that continental breakfast was included each morning. There was NO breakfast provided during our entire 7 night stay. Not even coffee. A sign at the entrance to the lounge area stated there was no longer a breakfast service. We complained about this to no avail. Toward the end of our stay as we complained again, we were given $10/night/person coupons for delivery breakfast service through Alfred. (why didn't we receive these when we checked in???) No matter....the delivery fees and service fees from Alfred meant the coupons would ONLY cover 2 cups of coffee. It didn't really matter because the coffee delivered was cold and terrible. Thank goodness there is a Starbucks across the street. Also, as others stated, they have NO CABLE tv!! No news. No sports. Nothing worked on the TV. We complained to the Manager, Gabe. Poor guy. Everyone is hitting him with the same complaints and he has no answers. Look at his written responses. He thanks you and states they use these reviews to help create a better product. Wrong. They obviously have done nothing to resolve these simple problems. He is robotic in his replies. Management obviously has no concern toward pleasing their customers. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
