Fantastic hotel

We stayed 10 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and immaculately cleaned daily. The location is perfect as most NY sightseeing highlights are within walking distance from the hotel. The only negative was we lost all Disney related channels on the TV because of some contractual problems and couldn’t watch the US Open tennis during our stay.
Worst hotel in Manhattan (some tough competition!)

Checked in at 2245. Informed there is no room service in this 800-room hotel. Was directed to the bar, which was already closed. So no food or drink AT ALL after 2230. Manageress was presumably a diversity hire as seemingly had no qualifications to deal with anything. I stayed as client was there. Client stayed as conference was there. First morning together, client remarked “this hotel sucks. Never again”. The aforementioned sizeable conference should be an opportunity to show off the capabilities to a big number, one would have thought. But no. As I was leaving to get prebooked Uber to airport, door staff tried to hustle me not to take it saying it was expensive. Presumably he knew a guy… just leave guests alone, without the unnecessary interference. They revel in their crappiness.
