You can't beat the location. The staff was lovely, Emily made checking in seamless. The rooms were clean and everything worked. The pool was a great amenity. Coffee in the mornings and infused water in the afternoon with delicious popcorn for the kids! Overall great stay, looking forward to be back soon

The location next to Disneyland is great. That and the fact that they are supposed to be a Disney good neighbor hotel is the only reason I booked here. The front desk folks are good. The rooms are clean. However the walls, ceilings, and doors are paper thin. As I write this, I can clearly hear the conversation of people next door. I am also delighted to their frequent burps. The people above us sound like they are acrobat performers, and I can hear people simply walking by the room, not to mention the kids screaming at the pool which is about 500 feet away and 3 stories down. The bathtub doesn’t hold water, the sink doesn’t hold water, the beds and pillows are killing our backs and necks, housekeeping doesn’t come unless you ask and when we did ask, they didn’t come anyway. When the housekeeper did show up after we asked a second time, she was pleasant and efficient. At least it’s clean….but dang, that shouldn’t be anything to get excited about, especially at these rates. I would never stay here again.

So you can't beat the location and staff was great but don't expect to get whats pictured. Room was clean but the air conditioner was at eye level above the sink so you couldn't see in the mirror. No counter space around the sink. Beds were ok comfort wise. Our room was nothing like the pictures shown.

As i was looking for a last minute hotel i had the best customer service from front desk her name is emily , made sure to go the extra mile in helping me get a room for the night, smooth easy and no pressure, fast process, i appreciate her diligentness to immediately accommodate me! Great hotel atmosphere all around, comfy bed and pillows, impeccable service !!

Wow, you can't get any closer to Disney than this! The bed was comfortable, the room was beautiful and very clean. The staff was great! Parking is very convenient. The rooftop restaurant with a wonderful view of Disneyland was outstanding. We will stay again!
