The Grand Legacy at the Park is the best place to stay if you are going to DisneyLand. Charles at the front desk is super helpful. He honestly made the stay stress free, even with all 4 kids in our group. Charles is helpful and very knowledgeable, a one stop shop for anything you need as well as information. My family and I will definitely be coming back.

Stephanie at the Grand Legacy Hotel is a standout example of superb customer service. Her efficiency and warm demeanor during the check-in process made a significant difference in my stay. She effortlessly combined professionalism with genuine hospitality, ensuring a memorable experience at every interaction.

Serenal, Juliana and Iris were a warm welcome in lobby. Check in was an easy and a positive experience. I would recommend anytime. Room was clean and easy to get to. Plenty of parking was available. Wish there was EV parking but that’s okay. Walking distance from Disney.

Great location, few minute walk to the parks, staff is very friendly and helpful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pool and splash zone was great! The rooftop bar is a must visit we got to watch the fireworks and had amazing food. We had our room decorated which was a special surprise thank you Emily and all grand legacy staff

Charles at the front desk is fabulous. He bent over backwards to save us money, he arranged for all six of our rooms to be on the same floor close together, and he is super nice! We have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed the hard to beat location along with comfortable amenities and we highly recommend it. Ask for Charles!!
