These hotels rooms are pretty big and nice. If you have a chance try out the fifth rooftop bar and restaurant. The food is pretty good. Inside of the downtown you have a restaurant right there on their property! Disneyland is only a 7 minute away. Only downside is that there is no breakfast. BUT. Is verdad close to a dennys and an IHOP. The front desk are absolutely the sweetest people ever. Juliana was great. Housekeeping staff do an incredible job at their job. Website says check in is at 3 but it’s actually at 4. I will como back. Thank you grand legacy.

I can see this is the perfect place for a family, lots of room, clean, close to the park. Staff is friendly. That being said: They overpromise (we’ll replace towels everyday), front desk staff will mislead (it is close to the street but not too noisy in the room) and it felt a bit unsafe (half naked man saying he needs to breast feed passes valet, is asked to leave, and keeps walking onto the property with no further intervention). We were unfortunately next door (first night after midnight) to a room of women who had certainly had too much to drink (ick), the second night we were awoken by a car honking over and over for about 10min., and on the last morning (7am) the same room featured a woman screaming at her husband. I didn’t spot any security wandering around … glad we had double locks.

This is a review for the booking process and I have to say, I am blown away with the customer service that I received from Charles. If my stay is a sliver of how good his etiquette and professionalism is, then I would be extremely happy. I booked this hotel stay months in advance but I had to make a couple of edits as I got close to the date. He was so empathic and caring and he made the changes very accommodating. He even had follow up questions if I was able to make changes to my park reservations (very easy as well). Extremely courteous, down to earth, and a pleasure working with. This is my first stay at this hotel, I've tried several hotels along this strip, and just his customer service alone has gained my loyalty for my future Disney trips (and with 3 young kids, I plan there will be LOTS). Charles is awesome and I hope he gets recognized for his outstanding customer service.

Great hotel!! Housekeeping truly knows how to clean a room!! I had a great time in their pool and the plus side was that they have a laundry in their property!! Check in process was super quick with the help of Juliana. Check out was always super estar just dial 0 and you’re all set! The hotel being in front of the parks is such the cherry on top! ALL workers made it feel it was home.

Entering the hotel that valet were super nice and greeted us so well. They have great decorations for halloween. The check in part was nice and quick and with the help of Juliana we got all set and ready to go. The hotel rooms were absolutely clean and tidy and the housekeeper surely do a great job. Unfortunately The Fifth, which is a bar upstairs was booked but will try again next time. FIVE MINUTE WALK TO DISNEYLAND AND GARDEN WALK. I will forsure come back again many times.
