Car broken into in hotel lot!
Mike A (Fremont, California) on Dec 28, 2024
Stayed here with adult daughter 12/16 for her 20th birthday. Her car was broken into in the hotel parking garage overnight. Bunch of stuff taken from console, glove box & trunk. Hotel COULDNT HAVE CARED LESS. Were very rude when I called from airport to report it & again when daughter called. I called twice and was told I’d get a call back both times but never did. You get what you pay for near Disney - the quality of service is poor I’m assuming because most of those staff don’t get hired at a Disney property. Hotel itself is fine as it’s new, but we timed it & from exit of hotel to entry gate at Esplanade it’s 14-15 minutes and we walk fast. I’d recommend staying elsewhere - we certainly won’t stay there again.
Just an ok visit

We stayed in a 2 bedroom with bunks for the kids. The room was clean and well maintained. However, there was no door to separate the living room from the main bedroom. There should have been a pocket door at least. They also put us in an accessible room with a roll in shower. The problem with that is that the floor wasn’t sloped well enough for proper drainage, thus the water from the shower spread all over the bathroom floor and ran onto the bedroom carpet. That’s a slip and fall accident waiting to happen. It was nearly midnight when we returned to our room so I didn’t want to call & wait for maintenance to come resolve the issue, so we mopped up all the water with towels. They really need to fix this problem before someone gets seriously injured. Other than that, we had a decent stay and enjoyed the free breakfast served downstairs. But I wouldn’t stay in that room type again, given the issues we experienced.
Cozy and Convenient

This hotel is very nice and cozy! We stayed here on a trip to Disneyland and were in a great and convenient location next to the Convention Center, and a very short walk away from Disneyland. We were in a perfect spot in the hotel, and literally were right next to the pool, gym, and laundry area. The room was very nice and spacious. I loved the lobby, and just the hotel in general. So if you want a nice and relaxing stay near Disneyland, come here.
This hotel should be your #1 choice when visiting Disney.

Top Notch choice if visiting Disneyland, California Adventure, and downtown Disney. This hotel is a 17 minute walk from the gates of Disneyland. We stopped by and viewed the pool & fitness center although we did not have time to use them. Breakfast is a full hot breakfast which was fast and convenient when heading out to the parks for the day. Being a Residence Inn, our room was a full kitchen, living room, bedroom & bathroom, which was more than needed. The front desk staff was excellent.
Great hotel and location!

What a great hotel to stay! They offered complimentary hot breakfast and serve fresh coffee! Everything refills very fast and they have Mickey Mouse waffle makers! They definitely know how to accommodate large crowds. The rooms are spacious and comfortable! You can fit strollers inside the room. It has a little kitchenette and dining room area. The beds are comfortable and plenty of pillows. It is only a standing shower- no tubs. They have the usual amenities for a hotel - vending machines, fitness center, laundry and pool.
