I absolutely love staying here ! The staff is great and of course the valet LEO ! He’s always such a warm heart to see and he is by far the brightest star here ! Him and the rest of the staff are why I continue to come back 4 years in a row for all of my Disney trips !

Awesome under the radar hotel, super close to park, great staff, super comfortable beds, just awesome overall!! We’re definitely coming back for all of our Disney days.

Super family friendly. Very accommodating. They go out of their way to solve any request. All employees from front desk, parking associates and housekeeping are always ready to help. Never feel like I’m bothering when I need some type of assistance. I’ve had a couple accidents/issues and think I might get a charge and they’ve only have helped with a smile and kindness. Very few places where I encounter employees who seem happy to work there. Very thankful. Perfect Disney location.

Stayed at the hotel for a cheerleading competition being held at the Anaheim Convention Center. This is a good "meet point" for the girls & families, and we walk over to the venue together. It's a convenient walk back for parents to get a break at the bar and the girls to have a snack and freshen up.

Another amazing stay!! We had an issue with the first night with no hot water in our shower. We were then moved to another room with the help of their amazing staff!! Kristopher made sure the new room was cleaned immediately. Leo delivered our bags with great care! It's never convenient to have to change rooms, but these two, and the housekeeping staff, made it so smooth. This staff is the #1 reason we always choose this hotel! They are truly friends who have become like family!
