We will never stay anywhere else now! We just returned from our first time at The Anaheim Hotel Aug 18/24-Aug 28/24. We normally stay at higher end hotels farther away, but wanted to be closer to Disneyland this time and chose this hotel. We couldn't have been happier, this is our go to place now.! Yes it is an older hotel, but the rooms are clean, beds are extremely comfortable, and it is literally a 7 min walk to Disney security. The staff are amazing, especially Candi Crowe.!! We had a little issue with AC in our first room, an Executive 2 King and without hesitation Candi arranged for us to move rooms. We had a choice of the same room type or a 2 Queen , we ended up choosing the 2 Queen Room with Balcony, which we actually enjoyed more. Although it was smaller, it was much brighter and had a little balcony which was nice to be able to sit out on with our coffee in the morning, or watch Fireworks at night. The pool was amazing, so big, and clean. You can order food and drinks to be delivered, and on the weekend there was a movie playing at the pool. Staff were so friendly always greeting you when you are coming and going . Nice comfortable seating throughout the hotel to sit and relax, beautiful grounds and such comfy beds! There is a Pizza Press on site but also many restaurant choices very close at the Garden Walk. There is a Starbucks, Walgreens and CVS just down the street. The ART transportation stop where we got dropped off /picked up using the EVE bus to/from Airport is just outside the hotel. We loved being so close to Disney. We would be at the park within 10 mins , that includes going through security, so we could come back quickly in the afternoon for a break, and not have to spend time waiting for transportation or walking 20 mins plus like we have done in the past, it doesn't sound long but when you are walking 25,000 plus steps a day at the park, being this close really does make a difference. But what makes this place the best is the staff and the clean, comfortable rooms. Highly Recommend. Thank you Candi for making our stay outstanding! We will be back.

Great stay and amazing performance by the staff. It was an extremely memorable experience. This staff from Mike to the bell boys, they really try to make this a great experience and it’s nice to see it back again. I’ll definitely stay again soon

We come to DL almost monthly and this is our favorite hotel to stay at if available. It's one of the nicest in the area. Has resort like vibes instead of motel vibes like the surrounding hotels. Rooms are clean and designed nice. We love having a giant patio for our kid to hangout on. The beds are so comfy one of the few hotels I can sleep though the night! Parking is great lots of spots and behind a gated fence. The hotels amenities are awesome! From yard games to a giant heated pool you can see fireworks from , it has something for everyone. There's a area with outdoor seating perfect for couples. Or to sit and watch your kids play on the grass. There's a pizza restaurant on site along with a bar and lounge area. A small gift shop. What more could you ask for . It's only a 7 minute walk to Disneyland maingate! All of the staff is absolutely amazing, but Candi the manager at the front desk is beyond amazing. She always greets us and is so friendly. Even welcomes us back from the park. She makes sure we don't need anything in the room. Candi is one of the reasons we keep coming back to the anaheim hotel. She makes it such a pleasure coming to the hotel. Thank you Candi for making our stay easy and super comfortable!

We loved staying at The Anaheim Hotel. The location was perfect for visiting Disneyland as it was only a two block walk from the park. We were able to take mid afternoon trips back to cool down and relax. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. They have pool towels available and you can even order drinks/food from the front lounge to be delivered to the pool. The grounds were beautiful with lush Hibiscus bushes and palms. In the evening we could watch the Disney fireworks from the hotel grounds. The room was clean and comfortable although small, we had the basic accomodations. Overall quite pleased.

The staff goes above and beyond to assist you with anything. They make me feel like I am the most valued customer every time I interact with them. There are a few large grassy areas that are nice to just hang out in. The standard rooms having balconies and patios is a huge benefit.
