My family and I always have a great experience here when we visit during the summer. I had a Disney trip this past week and I decided to park at the Anaheim hotel since its so close to the resort. Leo was in the parking lot and assisted me in getting parking. He even went so far as to stand in the parking space I was going to park in to make sure that no one took it before I could make my way around the lot. He was so helpful and friendly, he even walked me to the front desk where I needed to go to get my parking pass. His customer service was excellent! I have been on the grounds of this resort and visited the pool, its always super clean as well. I highly recommend this hotel and when you stay, ask for Leo.

We absolutely love this hotel. The staff from Leo our Bellman to our Concierge were absolutely amazing. The rooms were comfortable and it was such a safe place. We will definitely be using this hotel as our regular go to when we come to Disneyland. I just can’t say enough about the hotel and staff. 5+stars

The hotel was great and the staff was super friendly, especially Leo. Leo went above and beyond to help us on the day we were leaving! Our kids were very tired from 2 long Disney days and Leo took great care of us and gave it that extra personal touch that you will remember and will keep you coming back to the hotel! :)

The staff was fantastic! This was our first time ever staying. The front desk called me because I had not checked out yet! The front desk was super helpful and they were able to do late check out for me and Leo. The man that helped us pack. Our car was fantastic. Please recognize Leo for his hard work and GREAT hospitality. He was also super kind to my two small children and he also had the same name as my son Leo. :) best staff around Disney!

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and polite.. was very close to Disneyland which is what we wanted. Room was basic and reasonably comfortable the pool looked very inviting shame we didn’t bring bathing suit. Would recommend this hotel if you’re going to Disneyland..
