We recently stayed at the Anaheim Hotel and were blown away by the level of service. While the property itself is beautiful, it is the people who make this place truly special. A huge thank you to the phenomenal staff and the manager Candi Crowe at the front desk for the warm welcome, and all the staff for their incredible attention to detail since the moment you enter the doors. It is rare to find a team that is so genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. They didn't just meet our expectations; they anticipated our needs before we even asked. I am a Customer Service Manager myself, and even then I feel this review is not sufficient enough words to describe my stay. If you are looking for a stay where you are treated with genuine care and professional excellence, look no further. My wife and kids truly can’t wait to come back and stay soon!

As a Disneyland regular we never stay anywhere else anymore! We have tried (almost) every hotel on harbor and ball, the Anaheim Hotel beats them all. They have the nicest pool, amenities, and food on site. We really love the room sizes. Rooms are very spacious and always clean. And to top it all the staff are always so kind and helpful. You won’t find another hotel that is better.

Leo and Daniel were fantastic. They helped us with checking our bags while we waited for our room and our grocery order. They did what they could to also expedite our room readiness during the busy convention week. Thanks so much!

Location... Rooms... Value... Restaurants In Area.

This was our 5 th trip to the Anaheim Hotel. I always love the feel of this hotel… so relaxed and beautiful grounds. The front desk is ALWAYS the friendliest of any check in! We have always booked the double queen room with a patio. This time we booked double kings upstairs building 2. I booked 3 rooms. Candi, delightfully upgraded one room to the family suite!!!! The other 2 were connected so we basically had a 3 bedroom suite. It’s a beautiful room with so much space and modern feel. Loved it so much. Ate at the pizza sop and the front porch. Both were as usual just delicious. The double cheeseburger is well… amazing! Trust me. So close to Disneyland, just a 10 minute walk. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel every time we come to Disneyland..
