This hotel is in an excellent location only 10 mins from the Disney parks and a shuttle service is available Rooms are spacious with a separate living room Staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive The breakfast is ideal to set you up including pancakes, bagels , sausages and eggs You can use the pool and faculties at the hotel next door and we were made very welcome Would definitely stay again

Lovely clean hotel. Free parking and breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Near to all theme parks and shopping outlets. Great place close stay. Our room was big with a coffee machine, fridge, safe and microwave. Beds were large and comfy. The breakfast was just right to help start the day. Tammy was a lovely lady who helped us most days in the cafe. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time staying at this hotel for our summer holiday in August. It has everything you need as a base from which to explore all the theme parks - clean spacious rooms equipped with all you need, comfortable beds, friendly staff, all you can eat breakfast buffet, free parking and free Disney shuttle! Most days we were out by 8.30am and back late, so didn’t spend too much time during the day at the hotel, but when we were around, we made good use of the hotel pool and the sister hotel pool. Particular shout out to Tammee in the breakfast restaurant, she was so friendly and always willing to give advice about the local area. She also helped arrange a birthday brownie surprise at breakfast for my son who celebrated his 9th birthday while we were there. All in all, happy with Buena Vista Suites and would stay again.

Check-in was very easy, the room was spacious and clean, the breakfast despite being the same everyday, had many options so you could pick different stuff the next day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy as well, there were spots available all day at all times. Check-out was also easy, especially if you're planning on leaving early in the morning, just drop your keys and leave. We stayed for a week and have zeroooo complaints!!!!! Loved it!

Absolutely delighted with our stay at Buena Vista, being honest it’s not the most impressive hotel in Orlando but the staff are lovely, from reception to housekeeping every one of them was first class, always polite and a good morning or have a nice day of them but not in your face. Suite we booked was ideal too, knew what we were getting and it didn’t disappoint. Complimentary breakfast was ideal and bus service to parks was excellent, never an issue with it. Only issues I had was WiFi not great on floor 7 where I was based and lack of alcohol in hotel market, after a long day at parks I just wanted to relax with a beer or wine when I got back without having to cross busy road over to CVS to collect some but apart from that the place was perfect for us, close to parks etc. I would certainly return here based on the laid back good customer service my family received whilst here.
