We absolutely loved our stay at Buena Vista Suites! This hotel is an easy 4-star, and when you factor in the use of the amenities at the plush sister hotel next door, Caribe Royale Orlando, it pushes a 5-star experience. Buena Vista Suites is a lovely, plush, and modern hotel that provides a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, modern and well-designed, making it a pleasure to unwind after a long day. It feels like a home from home experience. The corridors and atrium are lovely. The hotel has a cute pizzeria downstairs, perfect after a long day, and a small self-scan shop with all the essentials, including drinks and alcohol, which was really convenient. We used the pizzeria a few times and had a movie night in our room after a day of visiting the parks. We loved it! The pool and spa pool are cozy, intimate, and incredibly relaxing, with the added bonus of a free towel service. But what really elevates this hotel is having access to the Caribe Royale next door. The sister hotel has an even larger pool with a waterfall and slide, a lovely poolside bar, a cool sports bar inside, and a very plush, relaxing low lit bar upstairs. There’s even a swanky restaurant on site, adding to the overall luxury feel. The location is perfect! It’s just a 15-minute drive to Disney and about 20 minutes to Universal, putting you right in the middle of both. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Disney that you can easily pre-arrange, and parking is free, which was a big plus. Getting around was simple, with Ubers to International Drive costing only $12-15. The only area where I think Buena Vista Suites could improve is the breakfast. It’s neither poor or great – just okay. For a hotel that presents a plush premium image, the breakfast could be better. Like many other hotels in the U.S., they serve breakfast on disposable plates, with plastic utensils and cups, which I found disappointing. It creates unnecessary environmental waste and devalues the dining experience. For a hotel of this caliber, real plates, glasses, cups and utensils would make a world of difference. Overall we had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were exceptional—always cheerful, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. Their friendliness enhanced our experience, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Buena Vista Suites or the Caribe Royale Orlando next door. It's a fantastic hotel, it's plush and in an ideal location. We will be staying again in the future, when we return!

Just arrived back to the UK after spending 10 days at this location for the usual orlando fun. This is our 7th visit to Orlando but our first stay here and we were surprised. Rooms are clean and spacious with maid service everyday. Access to hotel pool and the neighbouring pool but we did not use it - looked lovely. The best aspect of this hotel without doubt is location, easy to drive to all parks, no car parking fee and easy to grab uber to get anywhere if need be. Breakfast is basic and the only reason I have marked this hotel as 4 star rating. Would def recommend to anyone looking to do Orlando for parks etc and would def return

Really nice place situated ideal for parks and shopping. Staff soo friendly and helpful, breakfast nice touch in morning. Rooms massive and clean.beds soo comfy and shower good.we could watch fire works and drone show outside our bedroom window. Used shuttle service aswell. Would recommend this hotel to any families.

Location, room, service, cleanliness - everything was good and satisfactory! Good experience! Will recommend! The only problem we faced during our stay was that - whenever we were opening the wash basin faucets, a bad odor like sewerage was coming! It was not very strong but not mild either! It could not be ignored! That’s the only downside during our stay!

**Avoid this hotel at all costs**. I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely horrible experience. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the bed sheets were not only used but also very dirty and full of red stains. It was disgusting. To make matters worse, the room had hairs all over the place, making it clear that it had not been cleaned at all. Additionally, the water from the shower and sink smelled like sewage, which makes me think that either the pipes or water tank is contaminated. I had to call the front desk manager three times to request that the room be cleaned. It took them more than an hour to accommodate my request, and they never apologized. The service was incredibly poor, and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns. This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The lack of cleanliness and the terrible service made it an extremely unpleasant experience. I would never, ever stay here again. It's dirty, and the management clearly doesn't care about maintaining basic hygiene standards.
