My wife Lyn and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in May. The staff are superb especially the front desk. Nothing is too much trouble. Lots of room in our suite. Great location for Disney. It's very clean and well looked after. We're from the UK and we've already booked to return in Spring 2025. This is one of the best resorts we have stayed in Orlando.

I stayed last week and it was a very pleasant experience. I want to highlight the good cleanliness of the room, as well as the special and attentive service of the Spanish girl, who, although she didn't speak fluent English, did her best to make herself understood and meet all our needs. The fact that the hotel staff made an effort to speak to us in the necessary language, even though it was a challenge for them, is something I greatly appreciate. Very good experience, thank you.

rooms fantastic lovely and clean staff exceptional and welcoming not a single problem in 2 weeks great value hotel not much nearby at nights need a uber or taxi next to a main road but dont let that put you off perfect sleep everynight you can use sister hotel next door

The bedroom good. Noisy traffic (we stayed in the front) - its right on the main road (6 lanes of traffic with a red light) The reason I wanted to right a review was purely this: They had the signs in the bathroom, asking visitors to not leave towels on the floor, and re-use them, in order to save the environment a bit. While I get the reasons and it's a good thing, it is not reflected in the restaurant over breakfast.... Literally, everything is throw away. Plastic cutlery, stylophone plates, etc. I can imagine that literally everything gets scraped away and landfilled. Breakfast is limited, but decent enough. When we were there, scrambled eggs every day (which was good enough) and then some sort of sausages, that I also liked. - And then yoghurts and pastry, etc. The pool was nice, decent condition. This hotel was a decent one to stay in, nothing to overly write home about. The non recyclable dinnerware was the main bug bear I had with it.

We booked this place for 4 days and had to leave a day early. The beds were so hard and the traffic and tree trimming noise was unbearable. Upon checking in, we found hairs on top of our bed. Otherwise, it was clean. Updating in the room is necessary as the mirror and Kleenex cover in the bathroom is banged up. The mirror at the bottom is turning black. There is rust in the bathroom which needs to be fixed. We left for the day and came back at 3:30. The room was not tidied up and the maid said that she needed 10 minutes and we'd have to leave the room. Ok, we went down in the lobby for 45 minutes, came back, and it still wasn't clean. The front desk called housekeeping for us and it was cleaned in another 30 minutes. The front desk check in was slow and not extremely friendly. They weren't rude, just kind of unhappy. The breakfast was OK. I'd prefer a bit of fruit, but there was none available. There was yogurt, sausage, and eggs. The resort fee is laughable as this place is not even close to being a resort in my book. It's a tired hotel in need of updates and not worthy of a great rating.
