Strategic location-close to Disney springs and theme parks. It's also close to a more quiet shopping area (Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores). Free parking. Resort fee was $21.00/day as of Jan 2026. The rooms were clean, spacious and newly renovated. My family stayed in this hotel 3 times: 2021, 2023 and Jan 2026. So I can tell that they refreshed the hotel. There was a mini-fridge, a microwave, a small dining table and a small sofa-bed in each of our stay. During this stay (Jan 2026), the bathroom was freshly renovated with clean/fresh towels. Bed was comfortable but the bed sheets were satisfactory clean as has some orange-red stains which seems old. Our room was facing the highway so we heard some traffic noise; the pillows were very firm for our liking and had some lingering old odor in spite of having fresh/clean pillow cases on them. Needless to say, our 3-night sleep was not the best. However, their service was impressive. Polite and friendly staff at the reception; very accommodating and helpful employees at the breakfast area. They acknowledged and greeted our 2-year old toddler whenever they saw us. Continental buffet breakfast has good selection--scrambled eggs, sausage patties, pancakes, potatoes, oatmeal, bread and pastries, fruits, dairy (milk, chocolate), coffee, yogurt. During our two previous stays, they had made-to-order egg options, but this time it's no longer available so we were kinda disappointed about that. Nevertheless, their breakfast is still inviting and varied. What made our breakfast times special was the hospitable interaction we had with Tamme. She is warm and friendly to everyone -- she is a great hostess, moves from one table to another, talks to each group and makes sure you have what you need. Tamme has this warm presence that makes you feel that she owns the place. I would like to give kudos to Tamee and Irasema who work great together - both were hospitable and excellent at keeping the dining area organized and clean. It's not a resort, but it has a small heated outdoor pool where it is quiet and calm. We (my husband, 2 year old and I) actually took a dip on our night 1 of 3. Though temp was in the 60's, we felt fine in the heated pool. They had available pool towels in the pool area. We didn't use their shuttle service but it's available to/from Disney resorts. Overall, the location, cleanliness, comfortable/calm space and warm hotel staff made our stay enjoyable and would not hesitate to stay here again in our future stay in Orlando. Areas to improve: bed stains, available pillow softness option in each room.

We booked our reservation several weeks in advance with hotels.com. The reservation was booked. However, when we arrived there, the lady at the front desk said she could not find our reservation and that we needed to talk to hotels.com and that they sold out all of their rooms. So, in other words, we were screwed. hotels.com is another story, don't use them. When you call to try to get the problem resolved their customer service can hear you explain the problem, but after I told them the situation, they somehow now pretend they could not hear me, that happened. Anyway, back to the hotel, they finally gave us a room, but it was downgraded from our original booking. This is what they do, if you find a good deal on one of the travel websites they will sell your room for a higher price. I guess I was lucky I even received a room. The room was spacious, but if you are stuck sleeping on the pull out bed, you can hear the maintenance very early in the hallway. They start around 4 am there. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Never again with hotels.com and this place.

Everything about our stay was superb. From meeting Victoria at check-in, which was smooth and quick, to ordering pizza in house. The suite was perfect! Loved the size and layout. There were three of us (5, 52, 53) and we had more room than we knew what to do with. I had see mention on another review about noise levels. We stayed in room 704. Which is the top floor end of hall on 12/23. No noise. We did hear a little bit of traffic but honestly that’s every hotel everywhere. So unless you’re just impossible to please be sure to stay here when in Orlando. You WON’T be disappointedt

This hotel is in an excellent location only 10 mins from the Disney parks and a shuttle service is available Rooms are spacious with a separate living room Staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive The breakfast is ideal to set you up including pancakes, bagels , sausages and eggs You can use the pool and faculties at the hotel next door and we were made very welcome Would definitely stay again

Lovely clean hotel. Free parking and breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Near to all theme parks and shopping outlets. Great place close stay. Our room was big with a coffee machine, fridge, safe and microwave. Beds were large and comfy. The breakfast was just right to help start the day. Tammy was a lovely lady who helped us most days in the cafe. We would definitely stay here again.
