The good and the bad
ronh55 (Bronx, New York) on Apr 26, 2024
The positives are location, price and hotel staff. The downsides are 1. A tired hotel in need of TLC. 2. My room/rug SMELLED. 3. Breakfast was CROWDED. 4. breakfast ended at 9 o'clock, why?
Wonderful pre-cruise stay with kids!

This hotel was so wonderful! The manager Veronica and the housekeeping manager Huberta added some special magic to our room for my kids first cruise! Balloons, towel animals and a few little surprises! They loved it all! The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Definitely recommend! Thank you!
Magical Experience

This hotel was absolutely amazing! They surprised my daughter with balloons, chocolates, swan towels, a princess wand and the sweetest card from housekeeping! They went above and beyond to bring us the magic of Disney! They always had fresh fruit infused water at the front and the staff was so kind and accommodating! It was the absolute best experience and we will for sure go back!

Here is what I liked about this hotel: Great attitude among staff, helpful. This great attitude was from each member of staff. General manager Natalie was very helpful as well as Elizabeth. Front desk associates were great Briana, Jennifer, Gabrielle, Gretel. I travel above average and was fortunate to find this gem. Thank you to the whole staff for your work.
BEWARE DANGEROUS SHUTTLE BUS
B1938AKsandrap (Seattle) on Mar 05, 2024
IF YOU ARE CHOOSING THIS HOTEL TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FREE DISNEY SHUTTLE beware. The bus service provided is in my opinion dangerous. It has posted safety rules but none are enforced. The bus was overcrowded with people standing holding scalding cups of coffee easily spilled on children. Strollers were stacked where signs strictly forbid them and one did indeed fall on my foot. When I contacted the bus company they offered to refund the cost of my ride which was zero. They offered to send me to the emergency room but since my foot was not broken but only bruised and swollen I knew the advice would be to ice it , keep it elevated and stay off it. I am 77 and was spending my last ever days at Disney. I could not stand in long lines so rode nothing. I asked for compensation of my ticket. They refused and said they would do nothing. I reported it to the hotel and two managers said they agreed the bus service was at fault but they would not intervene or offer any compensation. Marriott used to be synonomous with quality but now they willingly risk our safety by using unreliable and in my opinion dangerous agents.
