Convenient to all major theme parks. The front desk staff were all delightful to talk to and extremely helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. I stayed in 107, right next to the ice machine, so there was some noise. I wish there were music channels on the entertainment system. Water bottles were free for the asking at the desk, but were not restocked in the room.

Bill was incorrect. TV did not work 2/3 of the time. Hotel was clean but dated. Not the best location . Staff was friendly and efficient

This is a great hotel! Clean, comfortable and friendly! Veronica, Angela, Carmen and Anijah at the front desk are competent and friendly. Luidmilla, Mammo, Sylvia and Fedoor are all great in the breakfast room. Good food and something for everyone! This hotel is close to Disney parks and there are many restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store a block away. We stay here every time we are in Orlando.

A bit old but well kept. The only item is the bathtubs are a fall risk. The slanted sides are like standing in the hull of a boat. Not flat. I had to hold on to the towel bar and grab bar. The grab bar was not in a good location. The staff are excellent. Parking a bit strange and actual location of hotel, hidden in the corner of a shopping area. Lots of local places to eat within walking distance. Again, staff are excellent. One suggestion, there should be a list of Urgent Care facilities, location and hours of operation. I needed care and had to drive around to find one that was open. I am a senior.
