The location and the overall feels of the hotel is good. And the price is great. However, when we checked in, our room did have a distinct smell and it felt damp. No exhaust on the washroom.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the wifi was non- existent in the room. We had to use cellular data the entire time we were there. There were only two working ice machines on the entire six floors and none of them were even remotely close to our room.

Everything was great. Will visit again in the future.

Clean, comfortable, nice size room. It was nice having a separate living area. Free breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed the pool. It took us about 10-15 minutes to get to the Orange County Convention Center. There were a couple of restaurants and a Wawa that share the parking lot.

We always stay at this hotel when we go to Disneyworld (7-8 times a year). The front desk personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. Veronica, Angela, Carmen and Anajah are front desk pros and Oliver is new and learning the ropes. If you come to check in after 11, you will meet Brian, the overnight front desk pro. Breakfast is fabulous! Luidmilla heads up the breakfast crew with Mammo, Sylvia and Fedor and they keep everything well stocked and the hot items are fresh and hot. Everyone can find something at breakfast that you will enjoy. Are you a Marriott member? Free parking is a huge perk! If you aren’t signed up with Marriott, you can do so for free with one of the front desk pros. Also, there is a free shuttle to the parks. ( This hotel is only about a five minute commute to the parks.) Your stay here will be fabulous.
