Good, comfortable and affordable hotel!

Rooms are comfortable and clean. A bit dated and worn in, but overall clean. I made my booking with a 3rd party and there were issues on the 3rd party side, which Veronica (One of the customer service managers) was an absolute gem! She explained the issue and my options. Because of Veronica, I would recommend this Fairfield over others.

While hotel was in a great location, it went down from there. Carpets are stained and torn - - all you could smell was an awful chemical cover up The biggest complaint was the “free” shuttle to parks - unfortunately the reason for choosing hotel - had 2 shuttles in the am and 1 return at 5pm and 9pm. We ended up paying for parking at the hotel and each park! The free breakfast was over crowded and sub quality. The staff was very sparse and not so helpful. Will definitely research better for next vacation

This hotel was great, very clean, comfortable beds, the hot breakfast exceeded with it all, lots of things to do outside the hotel. We will definitely go back there
