I just wanted to commend Miguel and Daniel at the front desk for their professionalism and guest service and also housekeeping for their consistency. We were there for a number of days and they provided an exceptional experience for me and my family. True assets of Fairfield Inn!

The hotel is a clear take over of a Choice Hotel that has never been updated or visited by anyone who works at Marriott. It’s dated and tight. The lobby is deceiving because it appears to have been remodeled but the rooms have not. The air conditioners are on the wall which make the room moist that cause the doors to stick. We got stuck in the bathroom several tights. So much so we had to change rooms. There is carpet which is horrible for rolling luggage to and from rooms. The breakfast is less than but that ok because there is a vast amount of food choices to choose from within walking distance. The elevator is quick but needs fixing. The staff is friendly but elderly. Sounds like they need to update their company’s retirement packages. It’s settled in an area that seems to be “rough”. Very close to the parks. However I would not ever in my life stay here again.

We stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista 12191 South Apopka Vineland Road Orlando, Florida, and our experience was very welcoming and friendly. Miguel, who works at the front desk, was always happy to see us, and we always ended up talking about the World Cup. The conversations were so natural it felt like we knew eachother for many years already. Priya helped my wife with ordering her things online and informed us once they had received the packages. We would definitely come back once we have the chance again.

At the time of our arrival I was told they would provide a crib for my baby. I put my older two children to bed and then went to reception to ask again about a crib and was told housekeeping would get to us. At this point it was past midnight, so I tried letting the baby sleep in between my husband and myself. My baby crawled to the foot of the bed and fell off, giving himself a bloody nose. I went down to the lobby to ask at reception a third time for a crib and was once again given the brush off. I was only able to eventually get a crib by wandering the halls looking for other hotel staff to appeal to and eventually found a security guard who was able to get a crib within minutes. Now days later my baby is still bruised and has a disrupted sleep schedule.
