I am not happy with what happened at our stay at this hotel, our card was charged with a spa service we never received nor did we intended to have this service done, also our card was charged with valet parking for a car we have no idea who it belongs to, our card was charged for food and beverage we did not consume, and it took 3 hours after we asked for the account to be reviewed to give us some sort of an answer that I was not satisfied with, I had to wait there for three hours and although it was my choice I did so because I can't trust a company that is allowing fraud to happen, in the midst of all this my son was throwing up after drinking an orange juice from the longitude restaurant. after reviewing my account i see that the pending charges are there and nothing is resolved as of yet, this is very inconvenient and upsetting

This world’s largest Marriott Hotel became my home for an entire week In Orlando, Florida. The staff truly served us exceptionally well. This hotel is covered by Mears Shuttle, which makes the transport from the airport really easy. The room is huge, the hotel has complete facilities and best for family vacation. The hotel activities will surely entice kids and adult alike.
