Never have been in such a massive hotel!

Beth D (Fruitport, Michigan) on Sep 24, 2023

I was in town for business. Our company booked our hotel stay for us. I had a room with two queen beds and I have to say that the view was not anything to write home about. To get to the convention center on the grounds, bring your Walking shoes! No matter what room you are in it will be a trek! My distance was at least a half mile. Parking for valet is $47 a day or in the parking garage is $30 per entry. So if you come and go, each entry is $30. I found it very strange that they charged a delivery fee for room service. And that you couldn't customize the food you ordered. It served it's purpose. I think my favorite food on site was the sports bar food. The pool is a super cool set up! Had a fun time watching football poolside on Sunday night. Because I was there for an event, I really didn't get to enjoy the grounds much. The ground were beautiful and the event space was really nice as well. Be prepared to pay for internet access unless you are a Bonvoy member. To me, this is a bit over the top for the pricing of the rooms but it is what it is. Beds were comfortable, bathroom well stocked. It was a comfortable stay for sure.

Terrible experience

Yorlerodriguez on Sep 24, 2023

Hi my name is Pablo We really haven't had a problem with Marriot until today, since 12pm waiting for our room and it was 5pm and nothing that they delivered it to us, only that they were cleaning it and we were walking with our children wet from the pool and nothing that we could change, we were wet because for an hour it is worth noting that we are platinum members. The experience was truly terrible.
