The best resort staff I have encountered! Awesome stay!I’m

I have been to Disney World 85+ times and stayed at almost all the Disney resorts and also non-Disney resorts and Airbnb, so I feel like I can give a good assessment of the property compared to others I have stayed at. The reason I booked a Disney property over an Airbnb was because of the bus transportation to the park so I don’t have to drive but what really set this resort apart from anywhere else is the incredible staff. From the cashiers at the food court who gave my kids stickers, to the entertainment staff like Emily who played board games with my daughter for a good 30 minutes , to the housekeepers that make sure to greet you with a smile when you walk by in the hallways, the staff here really goes above and beyond to make the kids feel special and all guests feel like they are at home here. The lifeguards also do an excellent job and are extremely vigilant, and there are many of them watching over the kids at the pool. The resort is immaculate and very well-maintained and there are lots of activities for the kids to do each day. The beds are so comfortable as are the pillows. 2 points of improvement: more shade at the pool, larger garbage cans in the rooms. All in all a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you to all the incredible staff here for doing such a great job And making our vacation that much more memorable!
Hey Now You’re An All Star!

I was not impressed with the All Star Music in December of 2022 as my previous review recounted, so I was timid to give the All Star Sports a shot, however I was really blown away by this hotel at my recent stay! I stayed in a 2 Queen Bed in the Baseball Section near the Goofy Pool. (One of the beds is an incredibly comfy Murphy bed) It was a short walk to the main facilities, a comfortable and recently renovated room, and the staff were phenomenal. Everyone from check in, food services, retail, housekeeping, and pool staff were all so thoughtful, engaging, and kind- even on a crazy busy weekend. I honestly feel that the quality of staff engagement, professionalism, and customer service was something I’d expect at a Deluxe Disney resort. There’s something special going on at this Disney value resort, and it’s definitely worth returning to. I can’t wait to come back to the magic!
A Great Stay!

I stayed at the Disney All-Star Sports Resorts more than 6 years ago and remembered it being an aged motel-style hotel. It seems like this resort has been renovated since then. Still motel-style with three floors that are accessible from the outdoors with elevators and stairs. However, the rooms have completely been renovated (at least the building we were staying in). The room has been repainted; flooring redone, and the furniture seem to have been replaced with newer ones. The beds were super comfortable. The standing shower, sink, and toilet seems to have been replaced as well (I recall they used to have bathtubs). The room was very clean and very modern. The only complaint we had was the height of the toilet. We are on the petite side so the toilet were a bit too tall for us. It's a bit taller compare to standard hotel-sized toilets. It was quiet despite the rooms being connected directly to the outside. Their food court is decent but pricey. Overall, a great stay.
Value in price but not cheap in quantity

We stayed at the All-star sports for our Florida trip. The room was amazingly comfortable with a soft bed. we were able to get a first floor room by the pool and the parking which was great. The staff at the front desk could not have been more helpful. They were simply amazing. I realize it’s a value Disney property, but they don’t treat you like that at all. I felt like we were in the best Disney property . It was clean, comfortable and quiet although the pool was a little loud at night, but there are children there.. the pool is open till 11 PM which it’s 100° out. That is nice.
Great hotel

Check in was great, easy and no waiting around. First time so given a map and good explanation of where everything was. Reception also helped set up our Disney magic bands and explained the memory maker which was so helpful. We had a ground floor room. Wasnt massive but wasnt tiny. The second double bed folded into the wall if we wanted the space for a table but we never bothered. Bathroom was spacious enough - theres a toilet/bath/shower room with a rolling door which leads into a dressing area with a sink again with a rolling door to the bedroom which we liked due to having our own space to change (teenagers!!). Housekeeping came every other day. Tipping os confusing, we would leave money out, some would take it, some wouldnt. We didnt have envelopes or anything so just left a scrap bit of paper! There was a good fridge in the room with a good TV and Alexa style tablet that you could set alarms on - very good themed character alarms! Only reason I dropped a star was the room noise. You can hear other peoples alarms going off very early! And if its your lye in day very frustrating. You can also hear if people stand at their doors chatting, or rolling doors always rolling! And people/children running across the rooms. Not really Disneys fault for loud / inconsiderate people but obviously walls and floors are thinly made! Food court I thought was lovely and reasonably priced. Same food most days but enough choice if eating there at time through our stay. The most valuable thing we purchased was the refillable disney mugs. Honestly this is a golden tip - all the coffee/tea/hot choc/fizzy drinks/water you can drink anytime of the day. You can even use them at all the other Disney resorts. We would fill up heading out in the morning, then in the parks get ice water from the quick service stations (we also took mini cordial juice to mix with the water) then if we had downtime in a park would shoot to a resort if we wanted something fizzy. Transport to the parks is only via bus from all stars but consistent from the start of the day to the end. We would literally walk out the hotel and never waited more than 5 minutes or our bis was already there! Only issue we had was when we went the waterpark - as it didnt open until 1000, we wanted to get there for 930. Theres no direct bus so you have to get the disney springs and change there. Bus didnt come until 0940 but the driver was very good and took is straight to the waterpark which was very kind. Pools - we actually only did the main pool, didnt venture to the other one which I guess wouldve been quieter but the main pool was never heaving, there was always sunloungers. The lifeguards were fantastic, their not like that in the UK! We even witnessed them being tested by a manager and there was no hesitation, they were right in the water so ‘save’ someone. Brilliant. Taxi’s - we used Lyft and Uber all the time to go to other places like Universal/Walmart etc, no issues ordering through the app and they pick you up outside reception. Overall I would stay again. We loved it here and the Disney magic definitely shone.
