Money Saver!! Perfect resort for our family group. Clean updated rooms.

We stayed here in May 2025; there were 6 of us in our group and we had 3 rooms (2 to a room). Disney accommodated our request and our three rooms were in a row. We were out and about all day and used the rooms for sleeping and showering, and the money we saved by staying here was well worth it. We've been to Disney multiple times and have stayed at different resorts from Value to Deluxe - I would stay here at All Star Sports again, no hesitation at all. ROOM: Clean with super comfortable beds. We slept in one bed and kept the murphy style bed folded up which gave us a table. One thing I like about the room style at the value resorts is how much storage there in, not just in the dresser drawers but in the cubbies in the bathroom area. Beds are raised and our suitcases fit underneath. Fridge stays cold - we put in a bag of ice and that kept it colder. ROOM SIZE: Perfect for two adults, doable for a family with a couple young kids. With both beds down there isn't a lot of extra room so we saw lots of strollers parked just outside of rooms. I think four teens could share one of these rooms - depending on how well they get along/amount of time in the room. I do think getting two adjoining rooms here is a great option for families. POOLS: Nice and clean. No slides as this is a value resort. They had movies playing evenings at the pool. Plenty of seating around the pool. FOOD COURT: Lots of seating but it did get crowded at peak times (breakfast and later night after the Parks close). We liked all the food options and they have a refrigerated grab n go section with a variety of food and drinks. Cast Members were on top of the beverage area, coffee was always available and the area was kept tidy even at busy times. GROUNDS: Very walkable. It's super easy to find your room area because of the giant sports items identifying each room area. Lots of room for kids to run around. NOISE LEVEL: Quiet! We did research a bit and stayed at a time there weren't sports teams there. So for us it was very quiet. We slept great. TRANSPORTATION: Buses. Not much shade in the waiting area, but that didn't bother us. In the past we've had to wait a long time for All Star buses at the end of a Park Day. Didn't have to wait as long this trip. But a long wait for an All Star bus is a possibility.
check for cheer competitions before you book!

My check-in experience was great. Kayleigh from Oklahoma was really great. Very accommodating and I was upgraded for whatever reason to a premium room which my husband and i very much appreciated. On the third night I was were about 1000 cheer /dance girls came in and at first, it was OK, but after quiet hours, they were running up and down the halls laughing talking loud etc I even had some knock several times on my door, mistaking me for their coach at 10:40 at night. Before you book in any of these AS hotels, check for school groups: chorus, , sports, cheerleading , dance groups, any kind of competition band or anything. Because if they are there, you will get no peace and quiet. Everything will be crowded and they are loud everywhere they go. I had no problem with the resort itself. The room was clean and it was what I needed. But I’m glad I am leaving.
Basic Disney accommodation

Good inexpensive hotel while visiting Disney. We booked 2 adjoining rooms instead of suite at other more expensive hotels and it worked out good. My football obsessed hubby and kiddo loved the atmosphere.

I stayed solo for 4 days and had a blast. The rooms look redone. My room was pristine and cozy. I felt safe and secure on my solo trip.
Only 3 Stars at Disney All-Star Sports Resort

I was quite disappointed with the fact that there were no sit-down restaurants on site. Also, at a place called “All-Star Sports” I expected a large sports bar, nope. I had problems finding particular games at their “food court”. The food court was a combination cafeteria and minimart. The food offered there was basically amusement park food. The omelette I had was particularly awful. The pizza offered was okay, but I was particularly annoyed by the fact that they offered only cheese or pepperoni pizza. I get that restriction at an amusement park, but not at a $400/night resort.
