This property was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and functional in our room and all the public areas we visited. I appreciated that the towels at the pool area were easy to get and return. Our family of 5 fit comfortably in our room and we used everything in the kitchen multiple times. The master bath-shower and jetted bath-was wonderful! We had Walmart groceries delivered right to the room, which was very helpful. The staff was prompt in helping with our questions. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped. I feel this resort is especially great for families with small children. There is a covered shaded playground and a very large splash pad area. We would’ve killed for this when the kids were younger! The only constructive criticism I have is that the beds were too hard and I wish it didn’t cost $30 to replace towels mid-week. This property wasn’t our first choice so we were a bit hesitant coming in but it was a wonderful stay that I can definitely recommend to others.

I was so amaze to see how the customer service was so clean and great. a lot of people but the line went so fast. i love the place. my and my family enjoy it too.

Website and brochures on property all say that they had complimentary transportation to disney parks and they do not! Check in was also at 4 our room was not ready until 7:30. Rooms were also stated to accommodate 8 people, and they only had 6 towels for us all of us. When called to request more towels they said that's why there is a dryer.

Brilliant resort , great location. Literally has everything you need. Only downside , they charge $ 25.00 a day plus tax which is a new thing and way over the top

They make undue charges! At check out time, I went to the reception to close the account and the attendant told me that all I had to do was leave the room and the door would be automatic and lock at 11 in the morning! So I returned the plastic key and left. When I arrived in my country of residence, I was faced with a charge of $680! I have tried all channels to reverse the charges and they do not respond! I have already informed Instagram, Facebook, email! Nothing! They simply ignore me!! The hotel was good, I have been there 7 times and I will never return!!! Avoid at all costs!
