Once again I cannot speak highly enough of this resort. My husband and I have been coming to the Sheraton Vistana for 30 years and it’s as good now as it was all those years ago. People need to appreciate that all things change…so run with it. Beautifully manicured grounds, friendly staff with a special shout out to Eric, Susie, Skylar and Michael. They cannot do enough for you. The management are also available to listen to people’s comments and concerns, with Kayla being exceptional. The apartments are bright and new, the location is on Disneys doorstep, and we wouldn’t chose to stay anywhere else. Keep up the good work! We’ll be coming back soon!

UNFORTUNATELY if you stay on the 4 floor (which is the highest floor) there are people living in the crawl/attic spaces of the building!! Not sure if this is extra housing for staff or possibly the less fortunate but it’s a bit frustrating listening to the foot traffic in ceilings especially when there is NO 5th FLOOR?? Check your properties for this activity or call the police to get the extras out.

After many years of going there the units have been upgraded with nice new fridges and stove tops. the people are very friendly and young kids will have a good time on the grounds and in the pools. No need for cash, just charge to the room. We went for the Thanksgiving holidays.

If you work out, you may be disappointed. The only gym here with multiple machines only has a chest press, leg press, lat pull down, and functional trainer — not much compared to other vacation club properties I’ve stayed at. In addition, you literally have to drive there to get there — exiting the resort and then entering through security in another location — from the vast majority of the villas here. This resort is enormous, and it is on one far edge. In addition, it does not open until 8 am — very late, especially considering most vacation club gyms are open 24/7. And by 8, it is quite crowded In addition, the men’s locker room was closed, and so was the only overt bathroom accessible to men (locked -/ I waited a long time and knocked before using the women’s room). Finally, the steam room was off and not usable (could not be turned on). This is not what I’m looking for on vacation. Decidedly subpar for any vacation club, or any luxury or premium Marriott brand, for that matter. They usually have a decent open 24/7.

This resort is very clean and accommodating. It is in an excellent location to all the parks. We love staying here.
