we stayed for one week and we enjoyed the cleanliness, the opportunity to use a common shared bbq and the swimming pool. need of a car to visit the area, we really enjoyed Winter Gardens and the Scenic Boat Tour of Winter Park

The room and resort were comfortable and beautiful. We loved our stay. We did a few issues checking in and getting locked out of our room by the resort the next night. Each night took us over an hour to get in our room. That was frustrating and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience which made it more frustrating. Once we were past that, we did have a great stay.

Parking 35 dollars a day if ur staying for 2 weeks that adds up . Housekeeping is non existent the bags outside our door for laundry nearly every day but no one comes and cleans our room for first week , second week was better. The lift we used was dirty hasn't been cleaned in a while . Been coming here for many many years never again go to a villa same price more room and no parking fees . Disappointing sheraton u have lost a valued customer not that u would care.

Perfect position for an Orlando stay Great sized apartment with everything you’ll need / may need updating but very clean Beautiful pools and facilities Bar and shop are ideal - great cafe prices with a good choice for food Cocktails perfect - good price alongside all bar drinks 10min walk to Walgreens and bars Free bus/ restaurants 30min walk only to Disney Springs Full activity timetable Free gas BBQs to use The only negative I can find is the reception can be very slow and at times not helpful or friendly

Room not available until after 6p and started charging 31 for parking.
