This resort is very clean and accommodating. It is in an excellent location to all the parks. We love staying here.

Very family friendly resort offering many pools and activities. Restaurants were extremely expensive and not worth the cost for food or drinks. 1 Bloody Mary was $17 and it was Bloody Mary mix and vodka with a lime. Food comes in paper boats and most stuff is processed. That didn’t make it bad, it just made it not worth it. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants near by so Spend the time to shop and make food because you have a full kitchen. Buy your own alcohol and bring it to the pool in a pool safe drinking cup. You will be happy you did. It’s Orlando so expect the obvious- lots and lots of kids. Rooms are clean and maintained. Bed slightly uncomfortable. Our unit was exceptionally small and did not have a balcony so be careful how you select your room type if that means something to you.

very convenient location. units are well equipped and clean. amenities are way above average. pools exceptional. have stayed at this location 6-8 times over couple years. big disappointment this last visit because they have imposed a "courier' fee to accept amazon deliveries at the front desk. an $8 bottle of pills was stuck with this $12 courier fee. they did not courier it to me. i had to retrieve it. it is example of taking advantage of guests with ridiculous excess fees. sheraton/marriott ought to be above such nonsense.

Excellent resort, the facilities are very well maintained and if you wanted to visit Orlando and just stay here for a week it's easily done and you'd have a good time. The rooms are very spacious and our family of four could spread out and relax together or apart easily. We finally got to cook food for the first time in our 10 years travelling to Florida as the kitchens are well stocked. This is more expensive than your basic/ moderate hotels and you can tell it's a step up as well. We have now become converts to the Vistana for all future trips
