Do not stay here if you don’t like insects!!! Our room had so many insects. Multiple earwigs were seen EVERY day and we seen 6-7 cockroaches over our 11 day stay. We also experienced multiple spiders and so many ants as well. We called the front desk and they had pest control come by who were supposed to have sprayed the villa but a week later we were still seeing live roaches and earwigs. I would have asked to move but my family didn’t want the inconvenience (honestly, I would have switched resorts!!). It ruined my stay and I will not be staying here again. I have pictures but will spare you all the visual.

My review is about how changes that have been made since Marriott has consumed a beautiful, caring and sympathetic administration. Beware Do Not Go Here!!!!!! I’m saying this and I’m an owner since 1991. This new management is uncaring and Thirsty corporate management they had the audacity to place my account into Foreclosure for maintenance dues that have tripled the simple $175 fee was not credited back after waiting for several weeks for a response from the So Called “Resolution service department “ even though they admitted that this was a new legal fee and just added it to my already outlandish fees , not to mention the past due penalty money!!!!! Just be Very Careful Marriott doesn’t care about us especially their CEO JOHN GELLER whom Never had enough respect to even reach out via email!!!! Sad Sad Find Another Time Share that offers More Amenities like fishing,bowling, jet skiing and a Movie theater like WESTGATE!!!!!! They will treat you Well !!!

We had such an amazing experience here. The rooms were spacious, clean, and kitchen was perfect for a family of 4. The staff were nice and amenities were perfect for every age. We were close to Disney parks, amazing Puerto Rican restaurant (PAL Campo), and close to the stores for groceries. This is our new go-to resort.

Vistana has risen to the top of our family's favorite resorts when we are in the Orlando area. Why? The amenities within the unit and the resort are enough to keep you there with out having to leave the property while you are on vacation. From the activity center, to the mini golf course, my favorite was the gym. The gym is large and well equipped. My unit was spacious, I loved it's location on the property, with a kitchen that had just about everything I needed to cook...I do cook on vacation and of course having a washer and dryer in your unit is very convenient. This resort checks all of our boxes: from proximity to the Disney Parks and Univeral, to the shopping areas and restaurants that are also close by. Vistana has now become our Orlando home when on vacation.

Debbie's Villas Orlando - 9050 Stinger Drive, Champions Gate have given this company numerous opportunities to rectify - 1. Pool Sunbeds - 8 bed - 14 guests - we have 2 broken poolside sunbeams 2. Cutlery - 8 bed - 14 guests - enough cutlery for barely 6 people 3. Entertainment machines in villa - faulty - tv's horrendous Will update in 24 hours as have given this company their 3rd chance to rectify - simply shocking a family holiday ages 73 - 10 can be ruined by this sort of pathetic service and cost of course thousands !!!
