The resort itself is great. Very well kept up. Grounds are pretty. Pools are great. Staff very nice and helpful. No nagging about timeshare tour. Once you say..no..that is it. Walked around property at 11 p.m. At nite and felt very safe. 1 bedroom studio Villa is small. No walking area in bedroom. Only 1 bath. Other than that con I will go back. Wyndham bonnet creek ranks higher than this resort only for Villa size and comfort and upgrades. Westgate resorts used to be our go to. They have now fallen to 3rd place. We have also stayed at mystic dunes resort. Villa there also small. Definitely need a car. DO NOT DO THE TIME SHARE THERE. THEY WILL BRING IN 4 DIFFERENT CHIEFS TRYING TO HOUND YOU TO BUY IN. 3 HOURS LATER WE FINALLY GOT TO GO AFTER MANY NO'S WITH MYSTIC DUNES. Bahama Bay resort in davenport is very nice. Villas are spacious. 4 POOLS at that resort. Quiet.

We found this gem last November when traveling to Disney World with adult children and grandson. Had a two bedroom unit, full kitchen 2 baths and a lovely patio for relaxing! Decided to return as a couple for a birthday weekend. This time we had a 1 bedroom without a balcony. Once again, a clean room, on the second floor. We did miss the balcony, but enjoyed the pools and the property. Loved having a washer/dryer so we didn’t have to pack up damp bathing suits and were able to go swimming the morning of checkout! We will be returning in November for another stay!

A bit confusing with their sister resort, "the villages" but when we got to the correct place it was amazing. There's always a line for check in, but it went smoothly. What I like is they set up a kiosk outside so when your room is ready, they send you a text and then you go there to pick up keys. Super easy and efficient. Room was SPOTLESS!!, I am a germ freak and travel A LOT. I didn't even have to wipe it down. So clean! This place is HUGE, but very manageable. A lot of comments about chairs at pool...here's the facts....yes they can use some more umbrellas but get there early and you have shade, end of story! We were able to secure a cabana every day by getting there early! Tip: Not all sections have elevators, so make sure you ask when you make your reservations! The only call out, at check in, they didn't ask for my rewards number. I'm not sure if I could still add?

The resort has all amenities and a wonderful location. It is well maintained and feels like home. I will be back.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Sheraton Vistana resort. We come here almost every year and it never fails to be a fantastic trip. During our most recent trip this April the staff was exceptional. Lynoshka (manager), Adair (front desk), and Tom (Zimmie’s bartender) went above and beyond and it was more than appreciated. We hope we see them next year too!
