Not a good experience at all.

We enjoyed our stay until someone stole a woody doll that was securely zip tied to the top of our jeep. When we contacted security they said to make sure we stated we would like compensation to have the doll replaced on the incident report and then told us to call risk management the following day to follow up. My kiddos were so devastated that someone would steal our family woody doll from the top of our car. And then the entire trip we were worried someone would try and steal the buzz that’s also zip tied to the roof of our car. Mind you we have never had a problem with anyone trying to steal our dolls. It’s just devastating that this happen at this resort of all places. We contacted risk management and they didn’t get back to us until hours after we checked out 2 days later. The person we spoke to was very rude and stated they are not responsible for the stolen item and don’t know why the security guard would tell us that. Which we do understand. It just left us feeling like this is not a place we trust to come back to nor want to based on how they handled the situation.

Super super nice! The value was amazing and there was so much to do. Very clean and comfortable. I booked on Sam's club travel which gave me a great deal. There are a lot of restaurants and shops onsite, plus a Walmart within walking or short-drive distance.
